[SET COMMENTS]
Ting-Lu, or more accurately the Spikes that it effortlessly stacks, defines the AG metagame like little else due to the scarcity of relevant Defog and Rapid Spin users or airborne Pokemon. An incredible defensive profile allows Ting-Lu to be a consistent, valuable check to Calyrex-S, Miraidon, and Calm Mind Arceus-Ground. Taunt prevents Arceus formes from setting up or healing and shuts down Toxapex. Ruination reduces Ting-Lu's passivity and hits Giratina-O and Landorus-T. Earthquake hits Miraidon and prevents Zacian-C from safely switching in, while Payback OHKOes Calyrex-S and—with Ting-Lu's low Speed— has consistently 100 Base Power. Whirlwind can be used over Taunt or Ruination on teams that are more vulnerable to setup sweepers like Calm Mind Arceus-Ground. Fissure is a niche alternative over Ruination that helps with Taunt Arceus formes and is more of a threat to setup Pokemon. Tera Grass, Poison, and Steel all allow it to resist Calyrex-S's Grass Knot and offer varying defensive utility, with Tera Grass helping with Kyogre and Arceus-Ground, Tera Poison helping with Koraidon and Toxic Spikes, and Tera Steel helping with Arceus and Miraidon. Ting-Lu's defensive utility and the pressure brought by its entry hazards are appreciated by nearly every team bar hyper offense. Ting-Lu is vulnerable to strong physical attackers like Zacian-C and Koraidon, so teammates that can check them, like Landorus-T on bulky offense teams and Toxapex and Skeledirge on balance teams, make for natural partners. Extreme Killer Arceus is a great partner that helps check Calyrex-S and appreciates Ting-Lu's Spikes bringing opposing Pokemon into Extreme Speed range. Zacian-C is another attacker that loves Spikes weakening its targets and checks Arceus-Fairy in return.

Ting-Lu, or more accurately the Spikes that it effortlessly stacks, define the AG metagame like little else, (comma) largely because of the scarcity of relevant Defog and Rapid Spin users and airborne Pokemon. (these sentences can just be merged) An incredible defensive profiles profile allows Ting-Lu to be a consistent, valuable check to Calyrex-S, Miraidon, and Calm Mind Arceus-Ground. Spikes is a mandatory move on Ting-Lu for the dearth of relevant Defog or Rapid Spin users and the limited selection of airborn Pokemon in the metagame. Taunt shuts down Toxapex and can prevent Arceus formes from setting up or healing. Ruination reduces Ting-Lu's passivity while hitting and hits Giratina-O and Landorus-T. Earthquake is reliable damage output a reliable damaging move that hits Miraidon and prevents Zacian-C from safely switching in, while Payback OHKOes Calyrex-S and—with Ting-Lu's low speed—is consistently power powerful. Tera Grass, Poison, and Steel all offer varying defensive utility; all three options resist Calyrex-S's Grass Knot, Tera Grass resists Ground- and Water-type attacks, Tera Poison removes Toxic Spikes and resists Fighting- and Fairy-type attacks, and Tera Steel resists Normal-, Fairy-, Steel-, and Dragon-type attacks. (it's not necessary to just list the type resistances. maybe try and fit examples of Pokemon each Tera type helps against, or just leave it at they offer varying defensive utility with a Toxic Spikes mention.) Ting-Lu's defensive utility and the pressure brought by its entry hazards are appreciated by every teams nearly every team. (I wouldn't say every team wants to run Ting-Lu because hyper offense exists) Ting-Lu is vulnerable to strong physical attackers like Zacian-C and Koraidon, so teammates that can check them, like Landorus-T on bulky offense or and Toxapex and Skeledirge on balance, make for natural partners. Extreme Killer Arceus is a great partner that helps check Calyrex-S and appreciates Ting-Lu's Spikes bringing opposing Pokemon into Extreme Speed range. Zacian-C is another attacker that loves Spikes accentuating its powerful attacks, (comma) and can check Arceus-Fairy in return.

An incredible defensive profile allows Ting-Lu to be a consistent, valuable check to Calyrex-S, Miraidon, and Calm Mind Arceus-Ground. Taunt shuts down Toxapex and can prevent Arceus formes from setting up or healing. i would switch the order and do arceus formes first bc toxapex isnt as important. Ruination reduces Ting-Lu's passivity and hits Giratina-O and Landorus-T. Earthquake is a reliable damaging attack that hits Miraidon and prevents Zacian-C from safely switching in, while Payback OHKOes Calyrex-S and—with Ting-Lu's low speed—is consistently powerful mention the BP here imo but that isnt super important. Tera Grass, Poison, and Steel all offer varying defensive utility, with the preferred option changing with a team's needs. like WrathOfTheLeopard mentioned, I'd focus on the mons that these teras particularly help with, such as Calyrex-S + Ogre for Grass, Calyrex-S + Fairies + Tspikes for Poison, and Calyrex-S + Ekiller + Zacian + Mirai for Steel. Ting-Lu's defensive utility and the pressure brought by its entry hazards are appreciated by nearly every team state that its nearly every team bar hyper offense.
