Public access television is basically a forum where the general public can create and air TV programs in their local area. Of course however, when pretty much anyone can create a program and get it aired on television, there's bound to be some standout shows out there, whether it be for their quality (or lack thereof), or just how genuinely strange the show itself is. I thought it'd be interesting to see if any of you guys remember any standout shows that you've either seen or heard of that were broadcast on public access television (However i'd advise that all of you *please* keep everything you mention here at least somewhat sfw).

To get this discussion rolling, i was exposed to this by a video i found on Youtube detailing some of the standout shows that have ended up airing on public access, and one of the shows that was mentioned was a show titled "The Jerkbeast". Hosted by a foul mouthed, nasty monster, The usual premise of the show was very simple: the Jerkbeast would state the program's phone number and ask viewers to call him (and his friends Marty and Sweet Benny) and insult them. After being called, the Jerkbeast and co. would fire back with insults of their own until the viewer hung up the phone. Despite being obscure, you can still find some of the episodes of the show online (which i'm not going to post here for the time being, they shouldn't be too hard to find on your own though), and apparently the Jerkbeast even had its own movie, which was created a few years after the original show's run in the early 2000's.

In case any of you were wondering what the Jerkbeast looks like, there's a picture of him in the spoiler tags below.

So, what interesting public access shows have you seen?
