Theorycrafting different usage tiers for tcg

Basically what's in the title. I'm wondering if anyone's ever tried making usage tiers like we have for digital pokemon in the tcg. As someone who's been a long time player I find alternate formats interesting and in some ways miss some of the older lower powered days of the tcg. Would anyone be interested in putting together some lists for different formats with me?

btw, If there's a better place to put this then let me know but I couldn't find any tcg specific boards here

I guess just to start things off the ubers tier for standard would probably look like Buzzwole gx, zoroark gx, dawn wings necrozma gx, and beast ring

OU would probably be malamar, gardevoir gx, golisopod gx, ho-oh gx, lycanroc gx, octillery, naganadel gx, max elixir, parallel city, fighting fury belt, maybe cynthia, maybe raichu gx, maybe baby buzzwole.

beneath that it gets hard to say without playing the formats a bit but I'd love to see what other people have to say
