This team doesn't have a catchy title (PokeBattle friendly!) (Volt-Turn HO mix!)

Introduction
Welcome back to my team building process. I finally got my new computer so i thought what better way to celebrate then to make an another RMT (If I can stop playing Golden Sun)! This one features the ever-popular VoltTurn strategy with Scizor, Lando-T and Rotom-W. I'll cut this short before I bore you to death. P.S, This team can be used on the PokeBattle servers. It's worth a total of 1000 PBV so any increases of points will render this team unplayable :(.

DrManhattan (Scizor) @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 40 HP / 212 Spd
Adamant Nature
- U-turn
- Bullet Punch
- Knock Off
- Superpower

The first member of my Volt-Turn shenanigans. Scizor is a complete monster as it has the strongest bullet Punch in the tier with Technician. He is the go-to pokemon if you have a certain fairy problem. Speaking of which, the evs are specialized so that it outspeeds Jolly Azumarill with max Speed investments while trading off the ability to survive Mega-Venusaur's HP Fire. Knock Off is their because let's face it, The change made to it had a bigger impact on the metagame then the introduction of Fairy Type. What would happen if GF lowered Knock Off's power down to 60?

Ozymandias (Rotom-W) @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Ivs: 0 Atk
Bold nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Rest
- Will-O-Wisp

A very overused Pokemon. Rotom-W puts the "Volt" in "Volt-Switch" for my team. Generally used as my certified Talonflame counter, This thing can wall alot of OU physical attackers and cripple them with Will-O-Wisp (unless you're Conkeldurr or M-Charizard X). I primarily use Volt Switch for momemtum unless I predict the Ground Type or Toxic Staller and go for Hydro Pump and Will-o-Wisp respectively. I use the RestoChesto variant because of the instant healing it gives plus status removal if I urgently need to use it and can't safely come in with Clefable.

TheComedian (Landorus-T) @ Choice Band
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- U-turn
- Knock Off

My third and final member of the Volt-Turn. Now before I continue, you might have notice I use Choice Band instead of Choice Scarf. Truth be told, this was originally a mistake and I didn't notice it until someone Knock Off'ed it. It was then I realized Scizor was the team's main revenge killer, not Landorus-T. So yeah, this thing punches huge holes into anything that doesn't have an immunity to Earthquake. Moves and Evs are all fairly standard so I won't comment on it too much.

NiteOwl (Latios) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
Timid nature
Shiny: Yes
- Defog
- Draco Meteor
- Psychic
- Roost

My defogger. On my last RMT, I was ripping Latios for the weakness it has without giving any credit for what benefits it brings. Now it's the time to avenge him! Not only is it my Defogger, it serves as a potent Special Attacker, dealing with stuff such as Keldeo and Conkeldurr. Interestingly enough, it is able to survive an Icy Wind from a Choice Specs Keldeo and OHKO it with Psychic. Of course, the DeoSharp core exists so you have to be careful when you defog with it.It is also my Gliscor counter, even without Surf. Alas, if only Gamefreak would change IV mechanics so that Perfect IVs gives you HP Fire T.T .

SilkScepter (Clefable) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 SDef
IVs: 0 Atk
Calm nature
- Aromatherapy
- Moonblast
- Stealth Rock
- Wish

Rock-Setter, Cleric and an all-around bitch, Clefable is a very underestimated Special Wall in my opinion. It migh Toxic Stall like Chansey/Blissey, but it can sure bring out pain with Moonblast. Magic Guard can give it Status immunity unless she Heal Bells or has Paralysis or Sleep. Whenever Scizor and/or Landorus-T get burned/paralyzed, Clefable can come out, Aromatherapy and recommence the carnage previously stopped. It can even heal them back up with Wish. Seriously, if Gamefreak decided to up the number of moves available on a pokemon, this might be a Perfect Special Wall with the addition of Protect. Moonblast is mainly used on any Dragon Type that even think of staying in (Dragalgea is an exception).

Rorchach (Houndoom) (M) @ Houndoominite
Ability: Early Bird
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
Timid nature
Shiny: Yes
- Nasty Plot
- Fire Blast
- Sludge Bomb
- Dark Pulse
O.M.G. I can't even believe Smogon let this thing be in UU. I originally had M-Charizard X as my setup sweeper but then it wouldn't make my team PokeBattle Friendly!!! But seriously, Mega-Houndoom is an even better replacement. With a base 115 speed, it is the fastest thing in the UU tier post-Tornados. But it's not only limited UU. It can tango with the best in OU aswell. With a sufficiently diverse movepool, it covers alot of things. Plus it forms an excellent core with Latios (Rorchach + Nite Owl...) with latios dealing with entry hazards and Fighting/Ground types while Houndoom covers it's weaknesses. After a NP, alot of things just dies since they can't compete with the Speed.

Closing Statement

Please battle with this team responsibly :(. I know it isn't perfect. It has some devastating counters I can't remember of the top of my head but for what it's worth (1000 PBV BTW) it's pretty good :). Now excuse me as I resume playing Golden Sun.

To add to the threat list, LO MB Excadrill wrecks this team

- Vaporeon stalls the living fuck out of me unless I play with Latios correctly

Ey! No rate? Mu turn to shine :) Just like my other Rate's I'll be doing each Pokemon in order, and what you can fix out of them.

On Scizor I would personally run no Speed EVs, as Jolly Azumarill is pretty rare as they realize that they won't be outspeeding much, and even so, the attacking move you would be using is Bullet Punch, so there's really no reason not to run it. Not sure what spread to run, but personally I believe that 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SDef is the best for CBand. Rotom-W is just fine, although if you want, you can run 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spe to outrun Jolly Azumarill if you REALLY want to. Onto Landorus, you should DEFINITELY run Choice Scarf, Scizor isn't a true revenge-killer, imo. It only has priority BPunch, but truth be told, anything resisting it it can't revenge-kill safely. On Latios I would run Psyshock over Psychic for obvious reasons (Sylveon, Chansey, Blissey, etc), and Surf/HP [Fire] over Roost. It's much more useful as steel types instantly wall Latios, and if it's a setup sweeper then you'll have a bad time. Clefable ain't looking bad, never tried using a Stealth Rock support set, so I can't really put anything on it. As for Houndoom, run HP [Grass] over Sludge Bomb, Sludge Bomb may hit fairies, but they don't severely threaten Houndoom as it's pretty easy to get +2 and start smashing things with Fire Blasts :).

Good luck my friend!
