Abomasnow @ Life Orb / Chople Berry
Snow Warning
Quiet 0 Spd IV's
140 HP/ 6 Atk/ 204 Def/ 160 Sp. Atk
-Wood Hammer
-Blizzard
-Protect
-Light Screen/ Earthquake
The Ev spread is kinda all over the place. I just hate for him and any of my pokemon to be sitting around with absolutely no bulk and being OHKO'd so easily, and with all of his weaknesses its a very common thing. Protect is for scouting a turn and to keep him safe while trick room is being set up, light screen is to help the entire team's Sp. Def, and earthquake is an option to hit steels that resists both my Stabs.

Jellicent @ Leftovers/ Water Gem
Bold 0 Spd IV's
Cursed Body
160 HP/ 96 Def./ 252 Sp. Atk /
-Trick Room
- Hydro Pump
-Shadow Ball
-Giga Drain / Ice beam
This guy is amazing. It resists all of Abomasnow's weaknesses aside from Rock and Flying. How can I not get this guy on my team? He doesnt gain anything from hail, but he's still great. Fake out wont do anything, so if theres a fake out user on the field they'll be aiming at Abomasnow, who can protect while Jellicent sets up the trick room. Then Abomasnow and Jellicent can just synergize and be amazing. Hydro pump and shadow ball are my two stabs. Giga drain is to catch gastrodons off guard, however Ice beam is for dragons named Hydreigon who resists my two stabs. I like to think Abomasnow's blizzards can take it out but if Abomasnow faints I'll be walled by it.
Abomasnow and Jelli will be my go-to leads. But if i see something that I dont like in the team preview I'll switch it up to have an advantage. Anyways,

Escavalier @ Occa Berry
Brave 0 Spd IV's
Overcoat
252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
-Megahorn
-Iron Head
-Quick Guard
-Protect / Double Edge
Thanks the heavens that there isn't a priority fire move in this game, as that's his only weakness. He synergizes with Abomasnow despite having the same fire weakness thanks to Abomasnow's Light Screen. Also mach punch and BP are so common and can pick off Abomasnow easily even with most of his health so quick guard can protect him. Once Trick Room is up this guy is free to try an unboosted sweep. Megahorn and Iron Head are my stabs. Double Edge is for fire types who resist. Heatran is the exception, he walls me perfectly. Oh and overcoat is my ability of choice because he's pretty bulky, I dont wanna ruin that with hail each turn.

Cresselia @ Sitrus Berry
Sassy 0 Spd IV's
252 HP / 60 Def / 196 SpD
-Helping Hand
-Trick Room
-Light Screen
-Psychic
I need at east two trick room setters. So Cresselia it is. I see her on every competitive team in doubles. And I know why, Shes amazing. Helping hand is for giving any of my other pokemon an attack boost. Light Screen is there to help all of my guys Sp. Def. Since Cresselia has it this is why Im debating on Light screen or Earthquake on Abomasnow. Earthquake seems a lot better though. Cresselia is immune thanks to levitate and it gives me something to hit steels with. Psychic is to finish of weaker pokemon. Again, this thing is walled by Hydreigon and anything else that's dark. So at this point i wanted a fighting type pokemon

Conkeldurr @ Flame Orb
Brave 0 Spd IV's
Guts
212 HP / 252 Atk / 44 Def
-Drain Punch
-Mach Punch
-Rock Slide
-Detect/ Wide Guard
Standard set is standard. With Burn Damage and Hail, Drain punch becomes vital for this thing to survive. Mach punch is for priority in case TR is gone. Rock Slide to hit err'body. Wide Guard is to protect from Heat Wave/ Earthquake/ and multi target attacks. But Detect makes sure I get burned before i get put to sleep, or faked out.

Glaceon @ Bright Powder
Quiet 0 Spd IV's
252 HP /4 Def / 252 SAtk /
-Double Team
-Shadow Ball
-Blizzard
-HP ground/ Fire
Just because i dont have many hail abusers. This guy trolls. Double team is allowed in VGC, and Ive once dealt with a Minimize chansey and It was so annoying, so this is my answer to that Chansey.
I really dont know who can be my sixth pokemon to replace Glaceon. I just added him there as a gimmick. I want an abuser of hail but they all share similar weakness. Ive thought of Reuniclus but adding him would give me three pokemon weak to Dark and Ghost and Bug. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

First off, I think Abomasnow would do better with a Focus Sash. It has enough weaknesses to run an effective sash set, and with HP Fire, can troll Scizor trying to one shot you with BP. also, if you're gonna run Wood Hammer and EQ, why are you only running 6 Atk?

Glaceon seems obviously trolly, but Chansey will blow it away thanks to Eviolite and a massive Special Defense stat.

Hi, your EV spreads all over the place XD I'd like to try and help you with them, along with a replacement for Glaceon and some minor move suggestions.

Abomasnow: I would use Focus Sash and Max HP / SpAtk with Giga Drain over Wood Hammer and Ice Shard over EQ. Like you said, Aboma has many weaknesses and finds itself being OHKOed a lot. The Sash will help it's survival and allow it to get some strong moves off.

Jellicent: all looks good except for the EV Spread. I would definitely use Blizzard. A nice spread is 252 HP / 124 Def / 20 SpAtk / 108 SpDef Sassy. It allows you to live 2 Max Attack Metagross Zen Headbutts, a Max Attack Crunch from Adamant TTar, a gem boosted Thunderbolt from bulky Thundurus, a thunderbolt from Ray Rizzo's specs Rotom-W and any 2 attacks from Modest LO Kingdra.

Escavalier: everything looks good here, but try Swarm > Overcoat because it resists a lot and will often not be OHKOed by strong neutral attacks, letting it unleash really strong Megahorns.

Cress: once again, everything is good except for the EVs. I'd try 252 HP / 52 Def / 28 SpAtk / 176 SpDef. It allows you to live a +1 Bug Buzz from Volcarona and 2HKO Hitmontop and Terrakion with Psychic.

Conk: looks fine

Glaceon: since your team is heavily reliant on TR, I would try a fast mon in case TR runs out. Scarf Rotom-F would be good, as it provides a quick and strong Blizzard. Max SpAtk and Speed would work nicely to outspeeding almost all of the metagame. Some cool moves are Blizzard, Thunderbolt, Trick, Hidden Power Fire, etc.
