So I made this team for my Winter Regionals coming up. Thought it would be wise to get advice on it before I went and completed it on my 3DS.
Aegislash @ Life Orb
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- King's Shield
- Sacred Sword
- Swords Dance
- Shadow Sneak
This one is a pretty standard set for Aegishlash from what I've seen. Decided to go Brave instead of Adamant because I didn't see a need to lower any other stat since it most likely will be the slowest thing on the board when it comes out anyway. I would have gave it leftovers but I thought it was useful elsewhere.
Slowbro @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Oblivious
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 244 HP / 156 SAtk / 108 SDef
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Scald
- Trick Room
- Protect
- Psychic
Decided that I would go Oblivious over Regenerator. I wanted to apply that new Oblivious effect by utilizing that Taunt does not hurt me much anymore. Pretty sure I am still weak to a fake out but that is still a smaller margin of error of me getting my trick room off.
Aromatisse @ Leftovers
Ability: Aroma Veil
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 16 SDef
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Trick Room
- Wish
- Moonblast
- Aromatherapy
My main trick room user. Aroma Veil makes getting a trick room a lot easier. Untauntable Pokemon are really nice to have. The Aromatherapy makes Toxic and such not much of an issue to me. I read Wish on Aromatisse on an article for it here actually which is why I pushed for that move. Any other helpful suggestions are more than welcome for this one.
Klefki @ Light clay
Ability: Prankster
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Reflect
- Light screen
- Thunder Wave
- Foul Play
I chose to go with the wall Klefki for this team just to have a more defensive core. I like the idea of having priority screens when I need them. It is a nice pair up with Aromatisse since Taunt can't hurt me. The defensive typing as well makes it so that I can definitely get the most out of my screens if played right.
Abomasnow @ Abomasite
Ability: Snow Warning
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SDef
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Blizzard
- Leech Seed
- Wood Hammer
- Protect
I went with Abomasnow because I like the idea of setting up my weather over any others. Also, the Mega makes it so I can reset, especially if I need to revenge something with Trick Room still up. A better moveset and spread would be appreciated though. I feel like for what I have on it, it is pretty nice though.
Amoonguss @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 SDef
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Rage Powder
- Spore
- Giga Drain
- Toxic
Last but not least, my Shroom. I went with the basic set for it. More like a just in case type of thing and a good team up with Slowbro. Helps me sleep things on a consistent. I am open to any changes with this guy however. He is doing well but not too well anymore.
