What is the bug?
HP-restoring Berries should activate immediately after taking damage during end-of-turn effects, instead of waiting until after end-of-turn effects resolve. For example, Sandstorm damage should cause Sitrus Berry to activate right away, and not wait until after Poison damage.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
