re: Tier Shifts and Quick Bans
As round 1 was originally supposed to go up later today, Any Quick Bans that occur today will be enforced in those tiers. If one of these tiers are chosen in a series, players can agree to either play the tier with the changes or play as it was prior to the Tier Shifts (so how it was during qualifying in October).
