Toedscool is one of the premier forms of entry hazard removal in Little Cup. Toedscool spreads sleep and removes entry hazards, punishing Spore absorbers and spinblockers with Knock Off while using its good natural bulk and typing to serve as a check to Ground- and Electric-types. The given EV spread allows Toedscool to hit 17 Speed, which outspeeds common 16 Speed entry hazard setters like Glimmet and Pawniard. Toedscool can also opt for a Grass-type STAB move over Spore to give it more offensive presence. Power Whip provides a better matchup into opposing Toedscool, while Giga Drain gives it a form of recovery, a secondary STAB that cannot miss, and the ability to beat Mudbray. If running Power Whip, Toedscool should use an EV spread of 36 HP / 36 Atk / 156 Def / 36 SpA / 36 SpD / 196 Spe with a Jolly nature. Toedscool's Tera type occasionally allows it to avoid a super effective Ice-type move. Tera Water is preferred, as the added resistance to Water-type attacks also allows Toedscool to be an emergency check to rain teams and setup Quaxly sets. Tera Steel can also be used to deal with Tera Ice Electric-types more easily and to give it a favorable matchup against Foongus, but at the cost of adding unfortunate Ground and Fighting weaknesses. Toedscool pairs well with Pokemon that struggle with Stealth Rock chip, like Larvesta, Nymble, and Wattrel, and teammates that appreciate the momentum that Toedscool generates, like Magnemite, Mankey, and Hisuian Zorua. Water-types such as Mareanie and Quaxly have defensive synergy with Toedscool, both checking the Ice- and Fire-types that threaten Toedscool and benefitting from Toedscool's ability to absorb Electric-type moves.

Giga Drain provides Toedscool with recovery, albeit unreliable

Should also make mention Giga Drain's offensive benefits, most notably, giving it the ability to beat RestTalk Mudbray is super important, as well as other things like Quaxly.

While Toedscool prefers not to Terastallize, in a pinch, Water Tera gives it the ability to resist an Ice-type move, while not adding Ground- or Fighting-type weaknesses.

I think equally as notable as the Ice-resist for Tera-Water is the Water-resist. Water Toedscool is often the only thing that stops a lot of teams from straight up losing to Rain, as an especially relevant example, and can also be instrumental in not losing to a boosted Quaxly.

Gastly and Greavard do not appreciate losing their items, they can do heavy damage to Toedscool through Sludge Bomb and Ice Fang, respectively.

I feel like only Greavard cares about the "losing its item" aspect, Gastly just doesn't want to eat 50-100% (depending on set) from a super-effective Knock Off. I'd see about changing this wording a bit

Toedscool is also completely countered by Deerling

If you're gonna mention Deerling you should also mention Foongus.

Ice Punch from Meowth/Crabrawler/Gastly

I assume you mean Mankey, not Meowth. Also I am yet to see a single Gastly with Ice Punch, I personally don't think it's worth mentioning (though maybe I'm OOTL), would rephrase to "Ice Punch from Mankey and Crabrawler".

***

Everything else info-wise seems OK as far as I can tell, I'm a little shaky on Power Whip and the associated spread, but I'll leave that for someone with more experience using it.

Toedscool is one of the premier forms of hazard removal in Little Cup. Through a combination of Rapid Spin + Knock Off and Spore, Toedscool is able to remove hazards, force switches, Knock Off Eviolites from opposing Pokemon, and spread Sleep over the course of a battle, while its good natural bulk and typing also allow it to serve as a check to Ground- and Electric-types.(I would just condense down the first part of the sentence and just discuss the utility to Knock Off and Spore. Knock Off punishing spinblockers and opposing Grass-types is something you would want to highlight.) The given EV spread allows Toedscool to hit 17 Speed, which outspeeds common 16 Speed hazard setters like Glimmet and Pawniard, while maximizing its overall bulk. Power Whip can be used in lieu of Spore, as it provides a better matchup into opposing Toedscool. If running Power Whip, Toedscool should use an alternative spread of 116 Atk / 156 Def / 36 SpD / 196 Spe with a Jolly nature.(Giga Drain definitely deserves a mention here) Toedscool's defensive Tera occasionally allows it to avoid a super effective Ice-type move(is this all?). Toedscool is often worn down over the course of a battle, and can be spinblocked by Ghost types, like Gastly and Greavard, although neither appreciates being hit by Knock Off. Due to its 4x weakness to Ice-type moves, Toedscool must also watch out for Ice-type coverage, like Ice-type Tera Blast, Ice Punch from Mankey and Crabrawler, and Ice Spinner from Mareanie. Toedscool pairs well with Pokemon that struggle with Stealth Rock chip, like Larvesta, Nymble, and Wattrel, and teammates that appreciate the momentum that Toedscool generates, like Magnemite, Mankey, and Gastly. (Mareanie, and to a degree Quaxly, should be highlighted as really good partners. They check Fire-types, absorb Ice-type moves, and benefit from Toedscool checking Electric-types.)

Unless that extra Atk gives an important roll I'm not aware of). Giga Drain can also be used in this slot, giving Toedscool a form of recovery, a secondary STAB that cannot miss, and the ability to beat Mudbray.) Just a suggestion if you like it: I would reorganize this section to saying that a Grass STAB can be used instead of Spore to give it more offensive presence and take advantage of its speed: Whip better for opposing Toedscool and higher damage, while Giga Drain can't miss, gives recovery and beats Mudbray. Then mention alternate spread for Whip. Toedscool's defensive Tera occasionally allows it to avoid a super effective Ice-type move: Water Tera is preferred, as it does not add Ground- and Fighting-type weaknesses and the added resistance to Water-type attacks also allowings Toedscool to be an emergency check to rain teams and boosted Quaxly. Steel Tera can also be used, to deal with Tera Ice Electric types more easily and to give it a favorable matchup against Foongus, but at the cost of adding important Ground- and Fighting-type weaknesses. Toedscool is one of the premier forms of entry hazard removers removal in Little Cup. Toedscool spreads sleep and removes hazards, ('remove hazards' is redundant cause it's already emphasized in the opening sentence) It can incapacitate its foes with Spore and punishing Spore absorbers and spinblockers with Knock Off, while its good natural bulk and typing also allow it to serve as a check to Ground- and Electric-types (examples here is nice). The given EV spread allows Toedscool to hit 17 Speed, which outspeeds common 16 Speed hazard setters like Glimmet and Pawniard. (moved this down) ( (rb)Toedscool can opt for a Grass-type STAB move, Power Whip (it's the only grass attack shown on the set) to give it over Spore for a more offensive presence, (ac) over Spore.
