Hello smogon. This is a revision of my prior and first RMT, an offensive rain team centralizing around Swampert's Mega-evolution. I've replaced two pokemon since then, and made some changes to the movesets a bit. Before I begin: I do not use legendaries. Too much resetting and hassle, and the people I play with don't really like the concept anyway. So please don't suggest any. Now, here we go!

Beyonce (Politoed)@Damp Rock
Nature: Bold
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Defence, 4 Special Defense
-Scald
-Protect
-Perish Song
-Rest
Politoed is my primary rain setter due to its ability that automatically sets up rain as it switches in. The EVs and nature maximize physical bulk, with enough special defense to take a hit or two uninvested. Scald is for rain boosted STAB, with a chance to burn and cripple physical attackers. Perish Song is to stop set up sweepers or things like Blaziken. Rest is for longevity, as Politoed doesn't really need to be attacking, it just needs to exist to switch in and get rain up. Also, Rest serves as a temporary status shield. Protect is for scouting, perhaps to see if the next attack will be electric or grass so I can safely switch in Swampert, or in case I need to stall a burn one more turn. Damp rock is to extend rain.

Pineapple (Ludicolo)@Life Orb
Nature: Modest
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Special Attack, 252 Speed, 4 Defense
-Hydro Pump
-Giga Drain
-Ice Beam
-Rain Dance
Ludicolo is one of my two swift-swimmers, and a solid addition to this team. He resists Earthquake, which is useful in the sense that he can switch into Garchomp, and take him down with Ice Beam in the rain. Hydro Pump is to hit like a truck and deal major damage to anything that doesn't resist it. Giga Drain to somewhat mitigate the negative effects of Life Orb, and for bulky waters like Suicine and Swampert. Ludicolo also serves as a backup rain setter, should Politoed get eliminated. Life Orb is for extra power, and the damage can be recovered with giga drain.

Breloominati (Breloom)@Focus Sash
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 Defence
-Spore
-Bullet Seed
-Mach Punch
-Rock Tomb
Breloom is a nifty little pokemon with a lot to offer. I use is as a revenge killer for powerful threats that need to be eliminated before Mega-Swampert can sweep. On the first turn, it uses spore to put the target to sleep, and if it's slower it can survive from its sash. After that, pummel it with whatever's best. From its ability, bullet seed can inflict huge damage the more times it hits. Mach Punch is powerful priority that can help with ferrothorn, and rock tomb is for flying coverage and to lower speed, which can be particularly useful when predicting switches. Unfortunately it really can't do much against opposing grass types, but other than that its a solid pokemon with a huge attack stat that can hit really hard. Focus sash is for making sure that something gets put to sleep.

Legolas (Jolteon)@Life Orb
Nature: Timid
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 Special Attack, 252 Speed, 4 Defence
-Thunder
-Volt Switch
-Shadow Ball
-Signal Beam
My second special sweeper. Jolteon's hits like a motherfather in the rain, and helps deal with things like skarmory that could give swampert some trouble (though not really lol). Volt Switch does major damage too, and is the first part of the VoltTurn core it creates with Scizor. Shadow Ball for filler mostly, but a special defense drop is always nice, and it takes care of things like mega-alakazam. Signal beam is for grasses that really should be taken care of for Swampert to switch in safely. Life orb is for extra power, and the recoil damage can be recovered by switching into predicted electric attacks.

Lobster Fairy (Scizor)@Life Orb
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Attack, 4 Defense
-Bullet Punch
-U-turn
-Superpower
-Rain Dance
I know, a bit of an unconventional set-up for a scizor, but I'll explain. I've been recommended to use choice band, but I HATE being locked into one move. I believe in versatility, and so I opted for life orb (again). Bullet Punch is powerful priority after technician and STAB (just like breloom), and it can be used to finish off opponents and prevent them from hitting again (since scizor is fairly slow). U-turn completes the core with Jolteon, and is very powerful after STAB, although it doesn't get the technician boost. Superpower is for ferrothorn mostly, and I'll take the expert advice as I've been repeatedly told it's a Scizor staple. Now, I know knock-off/pursuit is usually recommended, BUT I don't think I'd use it that often, and I really wanted a third rain setter since my entire strategy relies on rain. If it's THAT important I'll change it, but I think rain is more important that the chance of trapping latios/latias.

Vladimir (Mega-Swampert)@Swampertite
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Attack, 152 Speed, 104 HP
-Waterfall
-Earthquake
-Ice Punch
-Low Kick
The star of the show. Once I decide the coast is clear of all immediate threats, Swampert can switch in, mega, and sweep. The first two moves are immensely powerful STAB (waterfall doing like so-hella-much-for-real-yo when boosted in rain), the third is coverage, and the last is for Ferrothorn & Friends. I've given him enough speed so that, with a perfect speed IV and in rain, he can always outspeed his arch-nemesis Mega-Sceptile. Plain and simple, this guy kicks major ass.
So that's that! I hope my lovely preview gifs that I just learned how to use are displaying properly, and I would really appreciate any advice you guys have to offer (but please, no legendaries). Thanks!
