Pending Tooltip's faulty assumptions with crystalless Z-Moves in Hackmons

In formats such as Hackmons Cup, Z-Moves can exist on a Pokemon's moveset and be used like ordinary moves, with no Z-Crystal or base move. When a signature Z-Move is used in this way, the tooltip will assume the Pokemon used it with a Z-Crystal, and will add the corresponding Z-Crystal and base move to that Pokemon's "known information". For example, if a Pokemon uses Clangorous Soulblaze, the tooltip will incorrectly display Kommoium Z and Clanging Scales when that Pokemon is hovered over. Since the battle log already makes it possible to tell whether a Pokemon used a Z-Move with a crystal or not - crystalless Z-Moves skip the "[Pokemon] surrounded itself with its Z-Power" step - it would be nice for the tooltip to account for this as well, and not assume the presence of a crystal or base move in these cases.
