EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Grassy Glide
- Wood Hammer
- U-turn
- Knock Off / Superpower / High Horsepower

[SET COMMENTS]
Rillaboom proves itself as a powerful wallbreaker and revenge killer with access to a excellent priority move, strong stab move, and a versatile selection of coverage moves as well as Grassy Terrain which provides excellent support to teammates such as Aegislash, Volcanion, and. Grassy Glide threatens common offensive Pokemon like Mega Aerodactyl, Keldeo, and Sand Rush Excadrill, all needing slight chip to be in range. Wood Hammer offers a ridiculously strong stab move under terrain, with it being able to 2HKO Pokemon that resist it like Aegislash and Mega Latias. U-turn can pivot on Grass-types like Hydrapple, Mega Venusaur and Amoonguss, bringing in teammates to exploit these Pokemon where it would otherwise be walled. Knock Off is great coverage, being able to hit Pecharunt and Aegislash, as well as generate progress against Pokemon that would otherwise stonewall it in Skarmory and Buzzwole. Superpower is another option, being stronger into Skarmory, Scizor and Celesteela. High Horsepower OHKOs Iron Moth while still being able to threaten Pecharunt, Aegislash and Mega Venusaur, as well as being able to OHKO Excadrill without incurring recoil damage. Rillaboom offers a strong wallbreaking presence to bulky offense and offense teams, as well as Grassy terrain support for teammates such as Aegislash, Bisharp and Okidogi, all of which are physical wallbreakers that are able to help break down shared checks in Ammoongus, Buzzwole and Skarmory. Rillaboom can pivot in Mega Gardevoir, Victini and Mega Aerodactyl, all of which are great abusers against the Grass types like Amoonguss, Mega Venusaur and Hydrapple which Rillaboom forces in. The nature of Rillaboom being choice locked necessitates Pokemon like Mega Aerodactyl, Celesteela, Slowking and Pecharunt which are able to answer the likes of Iron Moth, Buzzwole and Hydrapple, all of which can comfortably survive Grassy Glide.

Swords Dance (Rillaboom) @ Life Orb / Terrain Extender / Grassy Seed / Leftovers
Ability: Grassy Surge
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Grassy Glide
- Knock Off / High Horsepower
- Superpower / Acrobatics

[SET COMMENTS]
Rillaboom can instead opt to be a Swords Dance sweeper, taking advantage of the strength of its powerful priority, strong coverage and excellent bulk to set up and sweep or wallbreak for its teammates to take advantage. Knock Off threaten Aegislash and Pecharunt while still being an excellent tool to make progress into the Steel-types that it would usually struggle with, while High Horsepower can alternatively threaten Iron Moth whilst still being great into the aforementioned Ghost-types, albeit with the downside of not being as great into Skarmory or Celesteela. When paired with Grassy Seed Acrobatics can be used over Superpower, trading being able to hit Steel-types for massive damage for the ability to blow past Buzzwole and Grass-types such as Mega Venusaur, Amoonguss and Hydrapple. Life Orb synergizes well with Grassy Terrain healing while also affording Rillaboom a greater damage output. Terrain Extender is a thorn in the side of many Ground-types attempting to threaten strong Steel-types like Aegislash, Bisharp, and Excadrill, affording each of them ample opportunity to threaten to sweep or overwhelm the opposing team. Rillaboom's longevity is severely extended by leftovers, being able to come in and threaten the opposing teams multiple times a game. Rillaboom is a great fit on bulky offense and hyper offense teams, serving as a breaker able to support its teammates while also being able to work in conjunction with other powerful sweepers to break down the opposing team. Rillaboom is an excellent partner to Iron Moth and Blacephalon on hyper offense with Grassy terrain powering up their Grass coverage, enabling them to break past Tyranitar, Hippodown and Garganacl whilst also covering Rillaboom's inability to break past Buzzwole and Grass-types like Hydrapple, Mega Venusaur and Amoonguss without Acrobatics. Keldeo and Belly Drum Azumarill enjoy grassy terrain recovery and Rillaboom threatening the Water-types that act as a road block against them while also working in conjunction with Rillaboom, wearing down the aforementioned Grass-types. Tyranitar is also a great partner being able to check and trap the Flying- and Fire-types that often get in the way of Rillaboom making progress, all the leveraging the extra healing and Earthquake weakening properties of Grassy Terrain.

Swords Dance Rillaboom is missing an explanation for Knock Off and High Horsepower, as well as the items Terrain Extender and Leftovers. Let me know when these are implemented and I will QC.

Rillaboom proves itself as a powerful wallbreaker and revenge killer with access to a excellent priority move, strong stab move, and a versatile selection of coverage moves, (AC) as well as Grassy Terrain, (AC) which provides excellent support to teammates such as Aegislash, Volcanion replace Volcanion with more meta relevant mons like Garganacl or Bisharp, and finish sentence. U-turn can pivot on Grass-types like Hydrapple shorten to just 'Rillaboom's checks' since U-turn applies to all of them, Mega Venusaur and Amoonguss (RC) bringing in teammates to exploit these Pokemon where it would otherwise be walled. Knock Off is great coverage, being fluff able to hit Pecharunt and Aegislash, as well as generate progress against Pokemon that would otherwise stonewall it in Skarmory and Buzzwole.
Paragraph break here since otherwise it is a wall of text plus this is on the analysis format
Rillaboom offers a strong wallbreaking presence to bulky offense and offense teams, as well as Grassy terrain support for teammates such as Aegislash, Bisharp and Okidogi probably mention Garganacl over dogi since Garg has a bit more meta relevance even though dogi is a good mon, and of course update remainder of sentence if you do, all of which are physical wallbreakers that are able to help break down shared checks in Ammoongus, Buzzwole and Skarmory. Rillaboom can pivot bring in Mega Gardevoir, Victini and Mega Aerodactyl, all of which are great abusers against the Grass types like Amoonguss, Mega Venusaur and Hydrapple again shorten to just checks since this section still applies to most which Rillaboom forces in. The nature of Rillaboom being choice locked necessitates fluff Pokemon like Mega Aerodactyl, Celesteela, Slowking and Pecharunt which are able to answer the likes of Iron Moth, Buzzwole and Hydrapple, all of which can comfortably survive Grassy Glide, (AC) are valuable partners. Add pivot support to help Rilla get into the field since it struggles to come in safely otherwise. Good examples are Slowbro, Iron Moth and Scizor, with special mention to Moth who tends to be checked by mons that Rilla threatens and melts Rilla's own checks.

Rillaboom can instead opt to don't reference other sets be a Swords Dance sweeper, taking advantage of the strength of its powerful priority, strong coverage, (AC) and excellent bulk to set up and sweep or wallbreak for its teammates to take advantage redundant. Knock Off threaten threatens Aegislash and Pecharunt, (AC) while still being an excellent tool to make progress into the Steel-types that it would usually struggle with, while High Horsepower can alternatively threaten Iron Moth whilst still being great into the aforementioned Ghost-types, albeit with the downside of not being as great into Skarmory or Celesteela. Life Orb synergizes well with Grassy Terrain healing, (AC) while also affording Rillaboom a greater damage output. Terrain Extender is a thorn in the side of many Ground-types attempting threaten strong Steel-types fluff + applies to more than just grounds e.g MAero, Boulder and Buzzwole EQ lets teammates, especially those weak to Earthquake like Aegislash, Bisharp Tyranitar replaced Bisharp with a more relevant EQ weak mon since this is no longer just about steels benefitting, and Excadrill, affording each make the most of Grassy Terrain, affording them ample opportunity to threaten to sweep or overwhelm the opposing team, or benefit from its passive healing terrain's benefits are understated at present to justify Terrain Extender being slashed so highly. Rillaboom's longevity is severely significantly severely typically refers to negative things so it just feels wrong here extended by Leftovers, being able to come in and threaten the opposing teams team multiple times a game.

Tyranitar is also a great partner, (AC) being able to check and trap the Flying- and Fire-types give examples that often get in the way of Rillaboom making progress, all the while leveraging the extra healing and Earthquake weakening properties of Grassy Terrain. Add pivoting support here too since this needs it on BO more than CB does. Maybe add Magnezone here somewhere for when not running Superpower, not sure how much SD GSeed Rilla is run off of HO. (AP)
