Torrential: The UU Rain Dance team

Welcome to my 2nd try to make an RMT, I have learned a bit from last time, so I will try to be as detailed as possible.

The team is a UU RD team, obviously. It works due to a pretty good synergy between the teammates. Usually, The way it works is Rain Dance up first turn, Electrode explodes. Ludicolo comes in killing a couple of pokemon, then I move depending on the situation, I usually get Registeel and SR up, if they switch to a counter, I switch to hariyama which has thick fat for most of Regi's counters. Chansey is there to heal Registeel and keep it working.

Now for the lineup:

Electrode @ Damp Rock
Trait: Soundproof
EVs: 236 Atk / 228 Spd / 44 SAtk
Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Explosion
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Rain Dance
- Thunder

Okay, this starts out Rain almost everytime, it dances then reacts accordingly. Thunder does some good damage to different things, HP Grass helps for Grounds etc. Explosion to go out with a bang, usually my most used move.

Ludicolo (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 164 Atk / 92 Spd / 252 SAtk
Rash Nature (+SAtk, -SDef)
- Energy Ball
- Focus Punch
- Ice Beam
- Surf

My first thing to go in after Electrode, It can sweep well. Surf does some intense damage OHKOing so many threats, Energy Ball for the waters, It also 2hkos Milotic. Ice Beam gets grasses and friends. Focus Punch is only there for when I predict Chansey, it OHKOs Chansey(I think, Not sure if my calculations weren't based on correct things though).

Kabutops (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 72 HP / 252 Atk / 184 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Aqua Tail
- Return
- Stone Edge
- Swords Dance

My second Rain Dance sweeper, Swords Dance once and it's almost unbeatable in UU. Truly my endgame pokemon.

dpmfa379.png

Registeel @ Damp Rock
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 100 Def / 156 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Explosion
- Rain Dance
- Stealth Rock
- Thunder Wave

This thing supports the team very well, Stealth Rock blocks Yanmega's annoyances, while TWave is there to wall things, Rain Dance to allow Kabutops to sweep. Explosion is only there for when I'm sure Kabutops can sweep.

Chansey (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Def / 176 SAtk / 80 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Aromatherapy
- Ice Beam
- Thunder Wave
- Wish

She supports Registeel well and ensures it stays alive for the length of the game. She also acts as the team's cleric and annoys with TWave. She is replaceable by something else that can learn wish also.

dpffa297.png

Hariyama (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 80 HP / 172 Atk / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Brick Break
- Knock Off
- Stone Edge
- Whirlwind

He does a great job at running fires down, and he can also work well whirlwinding when SR is up. I still could replace him for something better tbh.

Now the problems I have had so far are Yanmega, Milotic and Hariyama.

Yanmega annoys me to no end and even tops can't stop it sometimes.
Milotic can annoy me as well, walling most of the team, although Kabutops and Ludicolo can 2hko it, it can stall them out of rain in the end or just wall the rest of the team.
Hariyama has no counters in this team at all, I despised it so much while testing.

What I want help in is a solution to those, and possibly any I might not have battled. I however tried finding more flaws and simply found these 3 to be the common ones.
I don't really find it annoying to switch many of the Pokemon in the team around. Except maybe Ludicolo and Kabutops.
