I've yet to post a team Blue Harvest hasn't helped me with.

Palmer has decent bulky pokes, and they seem to be "ok" at coverage. So here's a team!

Blue Harvest's Regigigas set. When all its status are active, the opponent only has a 26% chance of hitting back. A good lead, since it can't really be OHKOed without Close Combat.

Ok, RMT that I stole from Palmer. I think its decent...
 
Erm.. what IS the point of Regigigas here? It stops the poke from attacking then what? No attack evs? And according to bulbapedia, stomp's flinching only works if you are faster. By the way,If you know you are weak to tentacruels, why not get a counter? Dragonite dies to ice beam, rhyperior dies to surf, milotic and cressy gets countered by toxic. Get a blissey maybe?
 
Nite is not a good Heracross counter, weak to Stone Edge, has below average Speed and will probably fail in OHKO Heracross with fire Punch, if you really want to make a certain OHKO, then give him Aerial Ace, that gains STAB and should do it.

Maybe you should rethink your EVs a bit. 252/252 are not always the best option... Oh, and get Modest and possibly HP (Ice) on Heatran if it's scarfed anyway

Hence why Thunder Wave is included on the set, to outspeed things...

Uhh... Palmer does not have a Blissey. Its a "Palmer" team.
