I don't know if it's a bug but my Mimikyu was affected by Toxic while he had disappeared from the field thanks to the Phantom Force attack.
Usually abilities don't affect him when he's gone this way.
I think it has something to do with the fact that Toxapex is of Poison type and so its Poison ability can't miss, but is it valid on a Pokémon that's no longer there?
