Pretty standard Gliscor nothing too special here.

Quagsire @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Relaxed Nature
- Scald
- Earthquake
- Recover
- Toxic

Quagsire has Unaware which makes opponents who aim to stat boost useless and his typing goes well with Azumarill's ability

Azumarill @ Leftovers
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Scald
- Toxic
- Rest
- Encore

Sap Sipper Azumarill is underrated, A lot of people don't think it has it which allows you to encore them into a grass move and spread Status with either Scald or Toxic! Huge power is awesome and all and is probably better overall but when sap sipper Azumarill and Quagsire are together they have each others weaknesses covered.

Chansey @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 12 HP / 248 Def / 248 SpD
Bold Nature
- Aromatherapy
- Stealth Rock
- Soft-Boiled
- Seismic Toss

Pretty standard Chansey

Skarmory @ Rocky Helmet/Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 236 Def / 24 Spe
Impish Nature
- Spikes
- Roost
- Defog
- Toxic/Brave Bird/Iron Head

Toxic is good to keep getting more opponents Poisoned but it leaves Skarmory open to Taunt
Brave Bird Kills those nasty Grass types that aren't ferrothorn and Iron head kills those annoying fairies
I have no clue which of the three options in the last slot is the best but I'm leaning towards an attack

Umbreon (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Toxic
- Baton Pass

This is the weakest Link on the Team I have tried running a baton Passing Espeon here but once you get passed 1300 or so on the ladder it's usefulness diminishes. I've also thought running about Mega Sabeleye here as he could be quite annoying with Magic bounce like Espeon. Umbreon is pretty good at passing Wishes to it's allies though!

Overall I think this team has a lot of flaws that keep it from getting rated high, What do you guys think I could do to make it better?
