Well, Nidoqueen has a nice movepool. Her real drawback is her mediocre 'cross the board stats. Well, she makes for a lot of good possible sets, if you can manage to pull her off.

Notable Physical Movepool:
Focus Punch
Crunch (Meh)
Return (Duh)
Earthquake (Yeehaw)
Shadow Claw (Meh)
Poison Jab (Meh)
Iron Tail (Meh)
Superpower (*Maybe* an option over EQ)
Stone Edge
Avalanche
Pursuit (Meh, she's not gonna scare any switches)

EQ gets STAB for 150BP, but if you only have one attacking slot a lot of people would predict EQ. Not like she's gonna be attacking too much anyway. Poison Jab with STAB is 120BP, but Poison is a sucky attacking type. Superpower is good as a one-off attack, and will pwn a lot of things, if necessary.

Notable Special Movepool:
Earth Power
Hidden Power
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Shadow Ball
Flamethrower
Sludge Bomb
Focus Blast
Dragon Pulse
Surf

Not a lot to explain. Sludge Bomb would be nice if you weren't going to use Toxic Spikes for free poisoning the rest of the game anyway, and Earth Power is stupid next to EQ anyway. Some cool options here.

Notable Support Movepool: (Yay, support!)
Toxic Spikes (Level up from Nidorina)
Flatter
Captivate
Roar (Rawr)
Toxic
Taunt
Protect
Sandstorm
Torment
Rest
Attract
Stealth Rock
Sleep Talk
Swagger
Substitute
Supersonic
Disable
Focus Energy
Charm
(Note: Last four are egg moves, but are all legal together as NidoranF is in Ground Egg Group, AKA the Free Egg Move Group)

This set is one I used to use on my PHazing/Baton Passing set. It works well in tandem with a Skarmory or another good switch-forcer/wall.

Set Name: Annoying "Wall" of Doom
Ability: Rivalry is preferrable, but neither makes too big a difference on this set.
Item: Custap Berry (MANY options here)
EVs: 132HP/128Def/244Speed
Nature: +Speed if you want speed, or +Def for, well, Def. -Whatever attack type you're not using.
-Attack (See movepools above or comments below)
-Toxic Spikes
-Substitute
-Torment (SR or Protect are other options, this is mostly filler)

Well, NQ's typing is decent- She's weak to Water, Ice (ouch), Ground (ouch), and Psychic. Electric attacks can't hit her, she 4x resists poison (like anyone attacks using poison), and she resists Fighting, Bug, and Rock. She outright resists a Pursuit-Hera, which is nice. I can't be bothered to run damage calcs yet, but I'll be sure to run some calcs and tweak the EVs/natures soon enough, so that she can live through common threats.

I used her as my lead; First turn I used Toxic Spikes, and a vast majority of the time, I lived to see the second turn. Often, my Custap would activate (25% or less), giving me the equivalent to a +1 priority on any attack. The second turn, I'd either put down the second layer of TS, or Torment. If I could OHKO, I'd attack. But only if I could OHKO.
It's a pretty gimmicky set, but it gets done what needs gotten done.
As for her physical attack, I prefer Superpower over EQ because it is good against more common leads.

Other options are running max speed and a +speed nature. If you outrun something with your first move, keep it in mind for your second. Basics, right there. If you're slower then the opponent (fighting something that would usually outrun you), go for a sub, and hope the opponent leaves you at at least 26%HP. You sub down, you're protected next turn, you can use Custap effect (or any other pinch berry you might have decided to use).
More other options for this TS set is to, like the last other option, max speed; Put on a focus sash, and pray that you're fast enough to guarantee double toxic spikes.

And of course, since the Queen's set here is a one-time set up (unless you get awesomely lucky), make sure to have a damn good spinblocker on your team.

Like I said, this setup is really gimmicky, but it worked very well on the team it was on. Maybe it was just good teamwork, but the Queen often got at least one random revenge kill on something slow in the late-game. Superpower to TTar's face, FTW?

Now, DISCUSS! I want to find a new use for my all 25+IV Nidoqueen :3

Belligerence Thingy
-Focus Energy
-Stone Edge
-Shadow Claw
-Earthquake

This works a lot better on other pokes (Honchkrow, Drapion) but it's not bad and worth a mention.
