OU Toxic Tapu Koko (QC 0/1) (GP 1/1)

Tapu Koko @ Leftovers / Electrium Z
Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- U-turn
- Toxic
- Roost

Tapu Koko is a good choice in the metagame thanks to its ability to maintain momentum and check Pokemon like Tornadus-T and Celesteela. Toxic is the main appeal of this set and helps Tapu Koko to lure in many of its checks including Tangrowth, Mega Latias, Gastrodon, and Tapu Bulu on the switch, and Tapu Koko can threaten or pivot on most Toxic-immune Pokemon, namely Toxapex and Celesteela. However, Tapu Koko is unable to heavily damage Toxic-immune Ground- and Grass-types like Mega Venusaur, Ferrothorn, Gliscor, and Excadrill. For this reason, Water-types like Ash-Greninja and Manaphy make for good partners, as they can threaten Ground-types like Gliscor and Excadrill while appreciating Tapu Koko’s pivoting and Grass-types being crippled by Toxic. Tornadus-T forms a good VoltTurn core and can come in on and check Grass- and Ground-types like Mega Venusaur, Ferrothorn, and Landorus-T.

Throughout this spotlight, there are only 2 sentences of any substance and then there's ~5-6 that describe teammates. Obviously, this is not what a spotlight is intended to do. I think that this should be completely rewritten.

This explanation from PSquared should give you a good idea of what you could write about:
Any writing tips?
No vomiting of dex info. Do not go through every move in the set and say what it hits super effectively or what stat it boosts by two stages. Do not explain that 252 Attack EVs maximize Attack or that Life Orb has recoil. Again, we are a competitive strategy site. You should be talking about the set's purpose in the current metagame, why it's good in the current metagame, how one of its moves can get a surprise OHKO on some common foe, what it can switch into, what it can outspeed, what teammates it can support, and so on (you don't need to cover all of these things, just what you think is important for that particular set).

Tapu Koko is a good choice in the metagame thanks to its ability to maintain momentum and check Pokemon like Tornadus-T and Celesteela. Toxic is the main appeal of this set and is a good lure to punish many of Tapu Koko’s checks including Tangrowth, Mega Latias, Landorus-T, and Tapu Bulu on the switch as they are crippled by Toxic and Tapu Koko can threaten or pivot on most Toxic-immune Pokemon, namely Toxapex and Celesteela. For what it's worth, Landorus-T isn't really considered a Tapu Koko check in the way those other Pokemon are, so I'm not sure if it deserves a mention among those Pokemon. You could probably replace it with Gastrodon, which saw a respectable amount of usage this WCoP. Toxic also potentially aids Tapu Koko’s teammates in breaking through their checks. Unless you're going to be specific, this isn't worth mentioning. However, Tapu Koko is unable to heavily damage Toxic-immune Ground- and Grass-types like Mega Venusaur, Ferrothorn, Gliscor, and Excadrill. Try to make it so that this flows nicely into the next sentence. Water-types like Ash Greninja and Manaphy make for good partners as they can threaten Ground-types like Gliscor and Excadrill while appreciating Tapu Koko’s pivoting and Grass-types being crippled by Toxic. Tornadus-T forms a good VoltTurn core and can come in on and check Grass- and Ground-types like Mega Venusaur, Ferrothorn, and Landorus-T.
This is much better, 1/1.
