Choice Specs Toxtricity makes a stark impact as a breaker in the UU tier, with only a select handful of common Pokemon being able to stomach the combination of Punk Rock-boosted Boomburst and Overdrive, namely Rhyperior and Gigalith, both of which are 3HKOed. Toxtricity does suffer due to being relatively prediction-reliant, especially with how common Ground- and Ghost-types are, preventing it from using its STAB moves without drawbacks. Volt Switch can be used to keep momentum against the likes of Gigalith and Bronzong, and in general, it can be a great way to keep momentum after Ground-types are out of the picture. Sludge Bomb is mainly used for a safe middle ground should your opponent have two immunities to Toxtricity, such as Chandelure and Mamoswine for example. It also can be useful to hit Celebi and Sylveon harder than Boomburst and potentially poison Rhyperior and Gigalith to help wear them both down. A Timid nature is preferred to get the jump on Modest Gardevoir.

Fast teammates that can help make up for Toxtricity's low Speed are very much welcome. A great example is Noivern, especially the Draco Meteor variant, as it can wear down common threats like Rhyperior, Gigalith, and Bronzong in combination with Toxtricity. Noivern can also use U-turn to bring Toxtricity in on Water-types like Milotic and Vaporeon. Cobalion, Choice Scarf Gardevoir, and Choice Scarf Flygon are also fast allies that bring other perks to the table. Cobalion checks Mamoswine for Toxtricity, brings Toxtricity in with ease on Water-types with Volt Switch, and pressures Gigalith, Rhyperior, and Umbreon for Toxtricity. Flygon is also useful by baiting in Galarian Weezing with U-turn, and Gardevoir shares checks with Toxtricity in Bronzong and Gigalith, and it can help wear them down. Incineroar is also an outstanding ally, being able to burn Rhyperior and Gigalith with Will-O-Wisp or remove their items with Knock Off on the switch, switch into Ghost-types that would take advantage of a Choice-locked Toxtricity, and bring Toxtricity safely on Water-types and Galarian Weezing via Parting Shot. Other wallbreakers like Mamoswine, Machamp, and Pangoro can also be very useful to form a devastating breaking core alongside Toxtricity. Mamoswine is also notable, as it can use Knock Off on Bronzong for Toxtricity. Spikes support from Roserade and Golisopod is also very welcome to help wear down Gigalith and Rhyperior in the long run, Golisopod also can check Mamoswine rather handily, which is very important for Toxtricity. Araquanid is also a valid teammate instead of Golisopod, providing Sticky Web support while still checking Mamoswine. Last but not least, Grass-types like Tsareena, Celebi, and Roserade pressure Gigalith and Rhyperior and help handle Water-types, as Toxtricity struggles to directly switch into them.

Toxtricity makes a loud impact as a breaker in the UU tier, with only a select handful of Pokémon being able to stomach the combo of Punk Rock boosted Boomburst and Overdrive, namely Rhyperior, and Gigalith, both of which are prone to be worn down over a match Say something like only a handful of common Pokemon instead, (since we have more niche options like the growing in popularity Togedemaru, and Golurk/Steelix that can do this too). Toxtricity does suffer a bit from being relatively prediction reliant, especially with Ground- and Ghost-types being relatively common in the tier. Volt Switch can be used to keep momentum against the likes of Gigalith, Bronzong, and Celebi, and in general, it can be a great middle-ground should the opponent not have a Ground-type as a switch in. Sludge Bomb is mainly used for a safe middle ground should your opponent have two immunities to Toxtricity, such as Chandelure and Mamoswine for example, so Sludge Bomb works as a solid middle ground to hit both. It also can be useful to hit Celebi harder than Boomburst and potentially get a Poison on Rhyperior and Gigalith to help wear them both down. A Timid nature is preferred to get the jump on Modest Chandelure and Gardevoir, as well as Adamant Mamoswine.

Noivern, especially the Draco Meteor variant, is an excellent teammate as they wear down common threats with each other, like Rhyperior, Gigalith, and Bronzong. Mention it being able to bring Toxtricity in on bulky Waters like Milotic/Vap with U-turn. And in general, fast Pokémon that appreciate Toxtricity's breaking prowess are welcome allies. Cobalion, mention that it checks Mamo / Giga, and is a great pivot option to bring Tox in on waters with Volt Choice Scarf Gardevoir, and Choice Scarf Flygon are notable examples bit space dependent, but could bring up that Flygon can bring in Weezing for Tox, and that Gard appreciates their shared checks like Giga/Zong being worn down. Incineroar is also an outstanding ally, being able to Knock Off or Will-O-Wisp Rhyperior and Gigalith on the switch; also brings Tox in on Waters/Weezing with Pshot, and checks Ghosts like Chandy/Doub that can punish Boomburst locking. Golisopod and Mamoswine, on the other hand, can Knock Off Bronzong for Toxtricity personally feel that if you were running Golisopod with Toxtricity you'd be running Spikes because of your latter reasoning. Mention that Golisopod can help check Mamo for Toxt. Spikes support from Roserade and the aforementioned Golisopod are also very welcome to help wear down Gigalith and Rhyperior in the long run.

Would add a brief mention of Steel-types that can check Psychic-types like Celebi and Specs Gard for Tox, like Zong/Escav. Can tie this into the Incineroar point.
QC 1/2 once implemented, nice work :3

Toxtricity makes a loud impact as a breaker in the UU tier, with only a select handful of common Pokémon being able to stomach the combo of Punk Rock boosted Boomburst and Overdrive, namely Rhyperior, and Gigalith, both of which are prone to be worn down over a match. This end bit is just fluff, maybe specify that it is strong enough to 3HKO both of them with Boomburst and Overdrive respectively Toxtricity does suffer a bit from being relatively prediction reliant, especially with how common Ground- and Ghost-types are, preventing it from spamming its strongest moves freely being relatively common in the tier. I feel like something along these lines reads off better, felt needed to specify on this more about immunities. Volt Switch can be used to keep momentum against the likes of Gigalith, Bronzong, and Celebi, I would remove the Celebi mention, it really doesn't want to risk coming in on Boomburst let alone Sludge Wave and in general, it can be a great middle-ground should the opponent not have a Ground-type as a switch in. Sludge Bomb is mainly used for a safe middle ground should your opponent have two immunities to Toxtricity, such as Chandelure and Mamoswine for example. It also can be useful to hit Celebi harder than Boomburst and potentially get a Poison on Rhyperior and Gigalith to help wear them both down. A Timid nature is preferred to get the jump on Modest Chandelure and Gardevoir, no one runs Modest Chandy as well as Adamant Mamoswine.

Noivern, especially the Draco Meteor variant, is an excellent teammate as they wear down common threats with each other, like Rhyperior, Gigalith, and Bronzong, it also gives Toxtricity an opportunity to come into Water-types like Milotic and Vaporeon via U-turn. And Did this man just start a sentence with an And in general, fast Pokémon that appreciate Toxtricity's breaking prowess are welcome allies. Cobalion, Choice Scarf Gardevoir, and Choice Scarf Flygon are notable examples. Cobalion checks Mamoswine and Gigalith for Toxtricity, and can also bring Toxtricity in with ease on Water-types with Volt Switch, and can breakthrough Gigalith, Rhyperior, and Umbreon for Toxtricity. Saying it checks Giga is kind of strange, so I tried wording it about how it breaks it along with these other ones instead. Reword this as you please but these should be the three big points. Flygon is also useful by baiting in Galarian Weezing with U-turn, and Gardevoir also shares checks in Bronzong and Gigalith and Toxtricty can help wear them down.

So this whole section starting from my And comment could be worded a lot better. I would reword the initial point to be about how these Pokemon can make up for its middling Speed tier, then reword accordingly where needed.

I would also add a point about Araquanid as an alternative option that can provide Sticky Web support and in return appreciates Toxtricity checking non-Draco Noivern for it.

Incineroar is also an outstanding ally, being able to Knock Off or Will-O-Wisp Rhyperior and Gigalith on the switch, Switch into Ghost-types that would take advantage of a Choice locked Toxtricity, and also brings Toxtricity safely on Water-types and Galarian Weezing via Parting Shot. Mamoswine is also notable as it can Knock Off Bronzong for Toxtricity. I would just make this point about additional wallbreakers making it easier for Toxtricity. So here you can add Pokemon like Pangoro, Machamp, and Mamoswine, which help break Bronzong and Umbreon etc. Spikes support from Roserade and Golisopod I would remove the Rose mention the two are really hard to pair together from experience are also very welcome to help wear down Gigalith and Rhyperior in the long run, Golisopod also can check Mamoswine rather handily which is very important for Toxtricity. which can otherwise revenge kill Toxtricity.

Add a point about Tsareena and Celebi because they break most of its checks but more importantly, they ease the matchup against Water-types, which while Toxtricity can break, it struggles to switch into them reliably.

Toxtricity makes a loud impact (I appreciate the pun but idt "loud impact" is really a thing) as a breaker in the UU tier, with only a select handful of common Pokémon Pokemon (:/) being able to stomach the combo combination of Punk Rock-(AH)boosted Boomburst and Overdrive, namely Rhyperior (RC) and Gigalith, both of which are 3HKO'd in the long run 3HKOed.
