Not A Bug Trace doesn't copy Protosynthesis

What is the bug?
Gardevoirs trace isn't functioning correctly. It came in on my Roaring moon, didn't trace protosynthesis, used moonblast to kill it, then traced my Espathras speed boost when it was sent in next turn.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?

Thus is intended cart behavior and not a bug. Trace doesn't copy quark drive or protosynthesis. Trace then activates on the first thing it can.
