Transfer to GBA games?

I expected this to be a really common question, but it hasn't popped up on my radar yet.

Is there a way to get the Pokemon I use on Shoddy to a GBA cart without using ROMS? If not, is there a relatively legitimate way (Gameshark, AR) to "rebuild" the Pokemon that I'm using? The end goal of this venture would be ultimate victory over people at school who don't have access (or interest) in the competitive Pokemon scene. Basically, I'm looking for a way to use the same (or a carbon copy) of my team on Emerald, without mucking around with EVs and IVs for 80 years.

Anyone know any non-ROM solutions?

Shoddy Battle doesn't have any features for interfacing with the DS or GBA games. It's only intended for use on your personal computer.

Thanks for the quick response. I sort of expected that, because a feature like that would be pretty well-known. Does a gameshark or AR have the ability to manipulate EVs and IVs so I could recreate the Pokemon that I use in Shoddy without having to trudge through breeding? That solution seemed a lot more likely, but it also seemed like more work, and I'm very lazy.

For reference, I don't count what I'm doing as cheating per se, only expiditing. Everything I'm going for is 100% attainable in the actual games, but it requires a time investment that I'm not capable of making.
