Hey guys,
This is really my first Pokebank OU team and I really just need help with a replacement mon. This team works really well on wifi and even though people on wifi seem to have no idea what theyre doing when compared to Showdown, the team has still translated well over there. The main issue I'm having is that Mega Gengar used to be a valuable member until the ban and I haven't been able to find an adequate replacement for him. It doesn't necessarily have to be another Mega and as usual any other suggestions to upgrade the other 5 pokemon is appreciated as well.

Smergal is a straight up suicide hazards lead. I look at the opponet's team before the match and decide which of the two hazards is more benefitual and try to get at least that one up. Spore
