I came up with a little trick for finding out the IVs of many Pokemon with just a few Rare Candies.
Step 1: Save in front of the PC.
Step 2: Take out the Pokemon you're evaluating.
Step 3: Feed it Rare Candies. In between each candy, enter the level's stats into the Metalkid IV calculator.
Step 4: Calculate. The more levels' stats you have, the more accurate your values will be.
Step 5: Write down or copy and paste the results, so you don't forget them.
Step 6: Turn your DS off without saving. This way, you won't lose the candies you just used.
Step 7: Turn your DS back on. The candies will still be there.
Step 8: Take another Pokemon out and repeat 1 through 6.
A bit tedious, but 100% legit.
It could be useful if your Wi-Fi is being an asshole, or if, like me, you're shy.
