Trick Room + Sandstorm Team

This is my very first post in Smogon so I'm sorry if I do something wrong. I have been using Smogon to help me build teams so I decided to join to help contribute advice to other people. This is just a team I put together pretty quickly (30 - 45 minutes). I haven`t actually made the team in the game yet because I still might want to make changes. I would just like some tips or suggestions for my team. Also, I would like some constructive criticism and not someone saying that "OMG your team sucks, so and so pokemon could completely sweep it with no problem at all".

Lead: Hippowdon
Ability: Sand Stream
Nature: Impish
Ev's: 252 Hp, 152 Defense, 104 Special Defense
Item: Leftovers
-Stealth Rock
-Earthquake
-Slack Off
-Ice Fang

Hippowdon is my lead to start sandstorm. He sets up stealth rock on his first turn and then try`s to survive as long as possible. Earthquake for a powerful STAB move and ice fang for dragon and flying types such as Flygon and Gliscor.

Trick Room Setter: Bronzong
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Sassy
Ev's: 252 Hp, 152 Attack, 104 Special Defense
Item: Light Clay
-Trick Room
-Light Screen
-Explosion
-Reflect

Bronzong`s job is pretty simple. He just sets up reflect and light screen then uses trick room and explodes. Light clay to increase the time of the screens.

Special Sweeper: Reuniclus
Ability: Magic Guard
Nature: Modest
Ev's: 252 Hp, 252 Special Attack, 4 Special Defense
Item: Life Orb
-Psychic
-Recover
-Focus Blast
-Trick Room

Reuniclus is my special sweeper. He will usually go first thanks to trick room. With his amazing attack and Life Orb boosted moves, he can be a real threat to the opposing team. Psychic is his main STAB attack and focus blast provides some coverage to things that resist psychic. I added trick room to his moveset in case Bronzong`s trick room runs out before Reuniclus can finish sweeping. Recover to restore health when it is needed.

Baton Passer: Gliscor
Ability: Hyper Cutter
Nature: Sassy
Ev's: 252 Hp, 252 Special Defense, 4 Attack
Item: Yache Berry
-Baton Pass
-Swords Dance
-Taunt
-Roost

Gliscor is my baton passer to set up my physical sweeper (Scizor). He uses taunt on the opponent so that Gliscor won`t get taunted. Then he uses swords dance to boost attack and then baton passes it to Scizor who can then sweep with his boosted attack power. Roost is there to restore hp if his Hp goes down low due to a super effective attack. I might add earthquake in his moveset just in case he gets taunted by a faster taunter.

Physical Sweeper: Scizor
Ability: Technician
Nature: Brave
Ev's: 252 Hp, 252 Attack, 4 Special Defense
Item:
-Bullet Punch
-U-Turn
-Brick Break
-Night Slash

Scizor is my physical sweeper. With the boosted attack power, he can proceed to destroy the other team with his technician and STAB boosted bullet punch. He also has brick break and night slash for coverage. I might replace night slash with pursuit. U-Turn is there for him to switch out in case he is facing something that walls him.

Supporter/Annoyer: Dusknoir
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Relaxed
Ev's: 252 Hp, 252 Defense, 4 Special Defense
Item: Leftovers
-Will-O-Wisp
-Pain Split
-Trick Room
-Fire Punch/Ice Punch/Thunder Punch/Shadow Punch

Dusknoir is just someone I thought could help by re-establishing trick room and then just basically annoying the opponent. This isn't a real important part of my team. Will-O-Wisp to burn the opponent and halve his attack and pain split to stay in the battle as long as possible. His last move is going to be either one of the punches, depending on which one would be of most use.

P.S. - Could someone tell me how to post those little animated picture of the pokemon in your thread, those look so cool.

1. Scizor needs an item xD.
2. Scizor needs Super Power>Brick Break, and probably Bug Bite>Night Slash if it's a sweeper.
3. I'd suggest using some more common Trick Room pokes, like Escavelier, on this team.
4. Make sure you have good synergy and that your Pokes work well together.

The first thing that jumps out at me about this team is that you're trying to do too much at once. If you're planning to do SD+BP to Scizor, you'd run out of TR turns.

Also, your Gliscor is crying for an attack, Poison Heal, and Toxic Orb. Other than Ice Shard, almost all common Ice moves are special, which means Gliscor shouldn't be sticking around. And Ice Shard's not as common as it used to be. I'd just drop Roost for EQ, and let the recovery come in the form of Poison Heal.

If you're planning to sweep more with Scizor, and are going to stick with sending him Gliscor's SD boosts, then drop U-Turn for Bug Bite, so you don't sacrifice the boosts. And Leftovers, probably. If you decide to not bother with the Gliscor Baton Pass strategy, then do what the above post said about Superpower, since Brick Break is notably weaker.

Since you lack an Item with Scizor, try Flight Gem and change a move (Night Slash) to Acrobatics. This will give you so much power that you can KO all Gliscor with Acro+BP, etc. and is extremely useful. Also, Bug Bite > U-turn because you want to deal as much damage as possible.

I would ditch Gliscor entirely and go with Metagross, another offensive powerhouse. Baton Passing boosts takes too much time, which you don't have in TR. When all of your TRers are down, the opponent will be at low enough health that you can just ram through them without needing the +2 Boost.

Metagross @ Life Orb
252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Brave Nature
~Metor Mash
~Bullet Punch
~Ice Punch
~EQ/whatever

will absolutely demolish things, especially if you get the Meteor Mash's +1 Attack.
