This is my new ou team, which is really nice. i dunno what to say here anymore so lets move on with the team:
Ancient Mech-A (Genesect) @ Life Orb

EVs: 108 Spd / 252 Atk / 148 HP

This is my lead. its extremely weak to fire type moves so when that comes i switch in to my heatran to get some special attack boost. the hole purpose of this set is to survive atleast one hit then shift gear to get some speed and attack boost. life orb because i wanna deal as much damage as possible. hasty nature because it can only have hasty nature in the games. blaze kick just to counter some types. x-scissor mainly for slowbros but other too. iron head just as a stab. this guy is really good when he gets the right download and takes everything to the next level.
Marriland! (Azumarill) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 Spd

Heres my setup sweeper. it got a huge power, sitrus berry, belly drum combo which is when you belly drum you get max attack but lose half health points but then the sitrus berry raises it by 25 procent so you get 75 procent health AND THEN the huge power doubles the attack from the belly drum which is the most amazing thing ever. adamant nature to be as offensive as possible, belly drum (already explained it), aqua jet priority 1 sweep move STAB thing. super power for steel types since this guy is weak to steel (i dont really know but i think fairy types are weak to steel, poison) and play rough for stab and dragons since aqua jet is weak to dragons and super power lowers defense and attack.
Magron (Heatran) @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 Def

This guy is my back up for genesect. he switches in on fire moves that my opponent uses on genesect to get a special attack boost. air ballon if my opponent predicts it and goes for a steel move. earth power to kill certain pokemon. lava plume for stab, roar if the enemy has stat boosts for example if i face a clefairy. and will-O-wisp to make it safe for me to switch in on attacks from my enemy.

this guys after math has saved me many times, especially from talonflames. for example if my enemy attacked my other pokemon first and lost some hp like 34 procent, and after he survives one hit, (cause he got alot of hp) the enemy looses alot of hp from life orb and dies from aftermath. adamant nature to deal as much damage as possible, life orb to deal as much damage as possible. sucker punch to attack first on pokemon. poison jab for STAB. foul pay to use the enemys high attacj stat and payback for when i move slower and the enemy doesnt actually attack me.
Manuzz (Mandibuzz) (F) @ Leftovers

EVs: 36 Def / 252 HP / 4 Atk / 216 SDef

i chooses mandibuzz becauseof his hp and defog. his defog allows me to take away all hazards on the field, left overs for when i get damaged and want to get about 6 procent back, knock off to knock off certain items like flame orb or assault west, foul play to use my enemys attack to do some actual damage on them and toxic for when my enemy is a special attacker and i wanna deal some damage to him or her.
Talos Gem (Talonflame) @ Choice Band

talonflame is my revenge killer. the thing i do is simply attack and then simply switch out.
choice band is to deal as much dmage as possible without dealing so much damage to myself as a life orb. return to just deal some damage, adamant to deal some more damage, brave bird just stab and priority move. flare blitz just for STAB and u-turn when its to risky to stay in and i wanna atleast deal some little bit of damage for coming in.
