[SET COMMENTS]
Raging Bolt's high Special Attack, bolstered by Booster Energy increasing its damage output significantly, makes it an immediate force to be reckoned with. It has positive matchups against Kyogre and Urshifu-R, resisting their STAB attacks and threatening huge damage or an OHKO on them, respectively, with its STAB moves. Raging Bolt also matches up well against Koraidon, threatening an OHKO with Draco Meteor or Dragon Pulse. Draco Meteor allows Raging Bolt to pick up valuable KOs with a risky drawback, while Dragon Pulse lets it deal consistent damage. The given EV spread allows Raging Bolt to survive Precipice Blades from Groudon and Ice Spinner from Chien-Pao, while the Special Attack investment nets OHKOs on Landorus and Ursaluna-B with Draco Meteor. Tera Electric provides a powerful damage boost, allowing Raging Bolt to pick up OHKOs on Kyogre and Tera Ghost Urshifu-R and a 2HKO on Sitrus Berry Incineroar with Thunderbolt, which it usually would not be able to do. Tera Fairy provides a Dragon immunity against Dragon-types that threaten Raging Bolt such as Miraidon on top of removing all of its original weaknesses and providing a good defensive typing.

Raging Bolt struggles against strong Ground-types such as Landorus, Ursaluna-B, and Groudon, all of which deal significant damage to it, while Calyrex-I is very difficult for Raging Bolt to remove due to its high bulk and potential to OHKO it in return. This makes Calyrex-I and Pelipper exceptional partners, as they threaten OHKOs on Landorus, Ursaluna-B, and Groudon. Additionally, Calyrex-I threatens Landorus and Groudon after they use Tera with High Horsepower, while Pelipper provides Wide Guard support, making it extremely difficult for opposing Calyrex-I to remove. Ogerpon-W provides valuable redirection while comfortably surviving attacks from the aforementioned Ground-types, as well as threatening KOs on them with Ivy Cudgel. Farigiraf prevents Raging Bolt from using Thunderclap and often uses Tera Fairy, granting it immunity to Draco Meteor and Dragon Pulse, while Chien-Pao and Flutter Mane also threaten to deal siginificant damage on Raging Bolt. As a result, Zamazenta-C is a great partner, 2HKOing Farigiraf before and after using Tera with Body Press and either Heavy Slam or Behemoth Bash, respectively, as well as easily OHKOing Chien-Pao and Flutter Mane. Incineroar is also an exceptional partner, as it is capable of reducing Calyrex-I's damage through Will-O-Wisp, being difficult for Farigiraf to KO, and dealing significant damage to Chien-Pao with Flare Blitz.

Raging Bolt's high Special Attack bolstered by Booster Energy, increasing its damage output significantly, makes it an immediate force to be reckoned with. It has positive match ups into Kyogre and Urshifu-R, threatening an OHKO or huge damage onto them with Thunderclap and Thunderbolt, as well as Koraidon which does not utilize attacks threatening Raging Bolt while it can OHKO Koraidon in return with Draco Meteor or Dragon Pulse. (This is worded eh and can definitely be shortened. You didn't clarify how Urshifu and Kyogre couldn't threaten Raging Bolt, so no need to clarify for Koraidon. I'd bring up Raging Bolt's Dragon typing when mentioning the Water-types btw, and make a separate sentence to explain the benefits of Draco Meteor and Dragon Pulse.) The given EV spread allows Raging Bolt to survive Precipice Blades from Groudon or Ice Spinner from Adamant Chien-Pao and the Special Attack investment allows Raging Bolt to OHKO Chien-Pao with Thunderbolt. Tera Electric provides a powerful damage boost allowing Raging Bolt to pick up KOs it usually would not be able to, such as OHKOing Kyogre with Thunderbolt (Up to you but consider mentioning OHKO on Tera Ghost Urshifu-R and 2HKOing Sitrus Incineroar.). Tera Fairy provides immunity to Dragon-Types which threaten Raging Bolt such as Miraidon on top of removing all of its original weaknesses and provides a good defensive typing.

Raging Bolt struggles against Ground-Types such as Landorus-I (Base form.) and Groudon, both of which deal significant damage to Raging Bolt and it cannot deal sufficient damage back to them. This makes Calyrex-I and Pelipper exceptional partners as it deals super effective damage to they threaten OHKOs on. Calyrex-I can also threaten Landorus-I and Groudon before and after they Terastallize with Glacial Lance and High Horsepower (Also a very common partner, good spot to bring it up in. Super effective alone doesn't give them justice and is just repeating the type chart, mentioning Caly-I separately also allows you to highlight an extra point about Pelipper, how Wide Guard helps shut down opposing Calyrex-I, honestly you can abuse this interaction to say Raging Bolt supports Calyrex-I in return by removing Pelipper if you wanted.). Opposing Calyrex-I is very difficult for Raging Bolt to remove with its high bulk and threatens to OHKO it. Incineroar is an exceptional partner, capable of reducing Calyrex-I's damage through Intimidate and Will-O-Wisp as well as dealing super effective damage with Flare Blitz and Knock Off. Farigiraf's Armor Tail prevents Raging Bolt from using Thunderclap and often Terastallizes into Fairy granting it immune to Draco Meteor and Dragon Pulse. As a result, Zamazenta-C is a great partner easily 2HKOing Farigiraf before Terastallizing with Body Press and after with Heavy Slam or Behemoth Bash (Doesn't come close to OHKOing, Farigiraf is pretty bad into Incin so its good to drop the Incineroar line down.).

Raging Bolt also matches up well into Koraidon threatening an OHKO with Draco Meteor or Dragon Pulse. Draco Meteor deals devastating damage with the drawback of reducing its damage after each use and potentially missing (Dex info). Dragon Pulse, while much weaker, deals consistent damage (Both are worded like dex info, can you just combine them in a way it doesn't look like that?). The given EV spread allows Raging Bolt to survive Precipice Blades from Groudon or and Ice Spinner from Chien-Pao (you also live Glacial Lance 75% of the time, can be a relevant calc to mention) and the Special Attack investment allows Raging Bolt to OHKO Chien-Pao with Thunderbolt (Chien-Pao always carries sash, so this statement doesn't feel right). Tera Electric provides a powerful damage boost allowing Raging Bolt to pick up KOs it usually would not be able to, such as OHKOing Kyogre and Tera Ghost Urshifu-R (Tera Ghost Urshifu-R has seen some usage, but you generally have a positive matchup and ghost tera ursh isn't as common as well, maybe a Draco Calc can be good here), as well as 2HKOing Sitrus Berry Incineroar with Thunderbolt. Tera Fairy provides immunity to Dragon-Types which threaten Raging Bolt such as Miraidon on top of removing all of its original weaknesses and provides a good defensive typing.

Raging Bolt struggles against Ground-Types such as Landorus and Groudon (Again the question is relevance in the metagame right now, examples like Flutter Mane, Chien-Pao feel much more relevant to discuss as of currently), both of which deal significant damage to Raging Bolt and it cannot deal sufficient damage back to them (Pretty sure Special Attack boost allows Raging Bolt to OHKO Lando with Draco Meteor). Calyrex-I is very difficult for Raging Bolt to remove with its high bulk and threatens to OHKO it. (I didn't see a single mention of Ursaluna-B, it has a great matchup into Raging Bolt and threatens huge damage, especially on booster variants. I'd say replace Lando Example with Ursaluna-B and the analysis looks a lot better.)

Raging Bolt's high Special Attack bolstered by Booster Energy, increasing its damage output significantly, makes it an immediate force to be reckoned with. It has positive match ups into Kyogre and Urshifu-R, resisting their STAB Water-Type attacks and threatens an OHKO or huge damage or an OHKO onto them with Thunderclap and Thunderbolt respectively with it's STAB moves tbolt is a roll into no bulk kyogre and tclap ohkos even bulky shifu with booster. you can also say "Electric-type STAB moves if you want to clarify that it's not draco tho tbf draco ohkos most shifu anyway. Raging Bolt also matches up well into Koraidon threatening an OHKO with Draco Meteor or Dragon Pulse. Draco Meteor allows Raging Bolt to pick up valuable KOs with risky drawbacks, while Dragon Pulse allows it to deal consistent damage. The given EV spread allows Raging Bolt to survive Precipice Blades from Groudon and Ice Spinner from Chien-Pao, the spread also provides a high chance of surviving Icicle Crash from Chien-Pao 68.8% is not a very convincing calc and you already mention ice spinner.. The Special Attack investment allows Raging Bolt to OHKO Landorus and Ursaluna-B with Draco Meteor. Tera Electric provides a powerful damage boost allowing Raging Bolt to pick up KOs it usually would not be able to, such as OHKOing Kyogre and Tera Ghost Urshifu-R, as well as 2HKOing Sitrus Berry Incineroar with Thunderbolt. Tera Fairy provides immunity to Dragon-Types which threaten Raging Bolt such as Miraidon on top of removing all of its original weaknesses and provides a good defensive typing.

Raging Bolt struggles against Ground-Types might be nitpicky but isn't this obvious? "strong ground types" or some other way to phrase it might get around it being dex info such as Landorus, Ursaluna-B and Groudon, all of which deal significant damage to it. Calyrex-I is very difficult for Raging Bolt to remove with its high bulk and threatens to OHKO it. This makes Calyrex-I and Pelipper exceptional partners as they threaten OHKOs on Landorus, Ursaluna-B and Groudon. Calyrex-I can also threaten them Landorus and Groudon after they Terastallize with High Horsepower. Pelipper provides Wide Guard support making it extremely difficult for opposing Calyrex-I to KO. Ogerpon-W provides valuable redirection while comfortably surviving Ground-Type attacks from the aforementioned Ground-types tried to keep your original wording but the later part becomes confusing if I don't change anything which threaten Raging Bolt as well as threatening KOs in return with Ivy Cudgel. Farigiraf's Armor Tail prevents Raging Bolt from using Thunderclap and often Terastallizes into Fairy granting it immunity to Draco Meteor and Dragon Pulse, making it another Raging Bolt counter don't use this wording but just clarify that farigiraf is being introduced as a counter rather than a partner. you can use something at the beginning of the sentence too.. Chien-Pao and Flutter Mane also threaten to deal siginificant damage onto Raging Bolt. As a result, Zamazenta-C is a great partner easily OHKOing Chien-Pao and Flutter Mane as well as 2HKOing Farigiraf before and after Terastallizing with Body Press and Heavy Slam or Behemoth Bash. Incineroar is also an exceptional partner, capable of reducing Calyrex-I's damage through Will-O-Wisp as well as dealing significant damage to Chien-Pao and Flutter Mane with Flare Blitz and Knock Off on top of being difficult for Farigiraf to KO.
