Hey Young Wild Free, nice team!
The first thing I see is a slight weakness to Ho-oh. It can land a lot of damage on your team just with its STABs, switch out and recover with Regenerator. A quick fix for that would be adjusting Giratina-O's EVs to 196 Atk / 252 Def / 60 Spd and using Outrage > Earthquake. Outrage hits Tentacruel harder than Earthquake actually, and the only thing you lose against is Heatran and you already have Kyogre for that. The EVs avoid the 2HKO from 252 Attack Leftovers Ho-oh's Brave Bird, whereas Life Orb will not OHKO. With 196 Attack EVs, you get to OHKO Ho-oh in return with Outrage after Stealth Rock damage. Another thing to try is Will-O-Wisp > Substitute to help vs Extreme Killer Arceus, but that's an optional change really.
The next thing is your horrible, horrible weakness to Kyogre. Sure, you have Ferrothorn, but it will not take Water Spouts forever, especially not Choice Specs. Thus, I recommend Latias > Mewtwo just to not stack up weaknesses.

Latias is probably the best Kyogre counter out there with Soul Dew. It's pretty much like a Calm Mind boost as you switch in. The EVs allow Latias to outspeed everything she can, including Terrakion and Garchomp, and OHKO Palkia with Dragon Pulse without Stealth Rock. Roost provides reliable recovery, which is pretty much a must, and Dragon Pulse is an extremely solid STAB. Refresh makes Latias a phenomenal Gliscor counter, as thanks to it Gliscor can not touch her. Thunder or Psyshock are options over it, but I think that Refresh is definitely the way to go.
Since Ferrothorn is your main Special Wall, I highly suggest changing its EV spread to 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef, and using Gyro Ball > Thunder Wave along with Sassy nature and 0 Spd IVs. Your team is not that slow with Latias, Extreme Killer, and Scarf Kyogre, and Gyro Ball is genereally more helpful against the Kyurem formes and Shaymin-S. Kyurem-W is still annoying, but nothing really beats it 1v1 (besides Chansey, that you cannot afford to use). Smart playing with Ferrothorn, Latias, and Giratina-O should beat it, however.

I will definitely try out the Latias suggestion since Soul Dew is now released. :]
For Giratina, Earthquake lets me hit Excadrill and Ferrothorn also Sub is really helpful, and I dont really need to have Will-O-wisp because Arceus is not that big a of a threat and I know the Ubers metagame really well so the most likely it can get is +2 and when it does, Groudon can just Roar it out.
And Finally on Ferrothorn I'll probably switch to the Ev's you are suggesting but my play style is better for having Thunderwave.
