Trying to download PokeLab, but...

I'm trying to download PokeLab, I get through that successfully, but then a problem arises:

Firefox doesn't know what program to use to open it. I know it needs to be Java, so I go browsing, but I can't find it.

Saving the file does the same thing.

I just don't know what to do, I hope someone can help.

You need to open the file with Java Web Start (javaws). I don't know where it is on your computer so I can't help with this; it depends on where your Java installation is. Installing a newer version of Java may create the association. You can also try Start->Run and entering this command

javaws http://shoddybattle.com/pokelab-client/pokelab.php
