Trying to set up server.....

So I'm trying to set up my own server, and I'm on the last step, entering the final command prompt....... and this keeps happening...

I followed all the instructions and entered in the command correctly...
What the hell is going on?

First of all, you MAY have to use java, 50% you may have to, but try without first. Once you have the location selected (C:*NetBeansProjects\ShoddyBattle*\), build your project in NetBeans, and then type...

java -cp dist/ShoddyBattle.jar shoddybattle.AccountEditor Name Pass 2

Be sure the username/pass has no spaces.
