[OVERVIEW]

Tsareena provides a strong niche to teams with its ability in Queenly Majesty, which lets it protect its allies from priority such as Fake Out and Rillaboom's Grassy Glide. It also functions as a solid check to the likes of Rillaboom, Zygarde, and Tapu Fini, threatening all three out, as well as taking away the biggest tools from the first two. Tsareena works best on offensive teams where it can protect Urshifu-R and weakened teammates from getting sniped down from Rillaboom's Grassy Glide, as well as Choice Band Zygarde and Choice Scarf Genesect from getting slowed down by Fake Out. Tsareena's middling Speed tier in conjunction with its mediocre bulk, often relying on an Assault Vest or a Sitrus Berry for longevity, make it extremely vulnerable to the myriad of strong attackers in the tier, such as Heatran and Genesect. Tsareena also faces large competition from the dominant Grass-types of the tier in Rillaboom and Amoonguss, which provide more overall utility in the form of Fake Out and Grassy Surge for the former and redirection and Spore for the latter.

[SET]
name: Pivot
move 1: Power Whip
move 2: U-turn
move 3: Triple Axel
move 4: High Jump Kick / Taunt
item: Assault Vest / Sitrus Berry
ability: Queenly Majesty
nature: Adamant
evs: 252 HP / 240 Atk / 16 Def

[SET COMMENTS]

* Power Whip is Tsareena's strongest STAB option, allowing it to force out threats such as Tapu Fini and Urshifu-R, as well as netting heavy damage on neutral targets such as Necrozma and Zeraora.

* U-turn lets Tsareena pivot out of unfavorable positions while maintaining momentum to bring another teammate in safely. This can lead to scenarios where Tsareena can block Fake Out and Grassy Glide at the start of the turn and then bring in something with a better matchup.

* Triple Axel threatens the likes of Landorus, Zygarde, and Amoonguss and shifts these matchups a lot more in Tsareena's favor.

* High Jump Kick is used to threaten common Grass-resistant Pokemon such as Kyurem-B, Incineroar, and Heatran, but Tsareena must be wary of Protect. Taunt is another option on Sitrus Berry sets to shut down Trick Room setters such as Porygon2 as well as redirection users such as Amoonguss, Blastoise, and Volcarona.

* The given spread allows Tsareena to survive a Close Combat from Choice Band Urshifu-R while also giving it a solid offensive presence. The Attack EVs can be moved into Speed to allow Tsareena to outspeed the likes of Rillaboom, Tapu Fini, and Zeraora under Tailwind, but this cuts into its offensive capabilities.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

A Choice Band set utilizing Grassy Glide can be used alongside Rillaboom to increase Tsareena's offensive prowess, but by taking on a more offensive role, it becomes less reliable at blocking priority. Rapid Spin is another option that can be handy in some cases, removing entry hazards that can be detrimental long term as well as boosting its middling Speed, although it is useless against hazardless teams and is generally less viable compared to Tsareena's other move options. Feint and Helping Hand enable Tsareena's teammates to pick up KOs by breaking Protect and boosting their damage output, respectively, but at the cost of other valuable moves. Wide Lens can also be used to make up for Tsareena's low accuracy moves, but it cuts into its longevity greatly.

* Power Whip is Tsareena’s strongest STAB option, allowing it to force out threats such as Volcanion Tapu Fini volc isn't immediately threatened like fini is and Urshifu-RS, as well as netting heavy damage neutral targets such as Necrozma and Zeraora.

* U-Turn lets Tsareena pivot out of threats such as Galarian Zapdos Genesect and Heatran, while mantaining momentum to bring another teammate in safely.

* Triple Axel allows Tsareena to immediately threaten the likes of Landorus, Zygarde, and Amoonguss, which would otherwise threaten it out or using it as setup fodder.

* High Jump Kick gives Tsareena a way to not be taken advantage of by Grass-type resists such Kyurem-B, Incineroar, and Heatran. not huge on "taken advantage of" because the latter two aren't really setting up on it or anything, just say it threatens common grass resists like x y z Taunt is another option on Sitrus Berry sets to shut down Trick Room setters such as Porygon2 immediately, as well as deny the likes of Amoonguss and Volcarona redirection. reword this last part, denying them of redirection implies they can't receive redirection support. I think you can just say Trick Room setters like abc and redirection users such as etc

* The given spread maximises Tsareenas overall bulk whilst giving it a solid offensive presence. The Attack EVs can be moved into Speed to allow it to outspeed the likes of Necrozma and Blastoise, but cut into its offensive capabilities. If using an Assault Vest, an alternative spread of 240 HP / 8 Atk / 8 SpD / 252 Spe with an Adamant nature can be used, in order maximise its speed and survive a +1 Sludge Bomb from Nihilego.

this is pretty good work, you should give the grammar standards a look over while implementing this check to touch up the analysis though.

AM Check! Implement as you wish

Overview:
  • I don't know if I would say Tsareena provides no utility outside of Queenly Majesty, immediately threatening Zygarde is something both of the other grasses cannot do (although i guess it depends on your definition of utility)
Set Comments:
  • Warning about the possibility of HJK-ing into a Protect might be worth a mention, something along the likes of "High Jump Kick lets Tsareena threaten common Grass-type resists such Kyurem-B, Incineroar, and Heatran, but must be weary of attacking into Protect." should be fine.
Other Options
  • Looks fine, Synthesis might be worth a slight mention to increase longevity, but idt you could really justify it over anything else so it's probably better to just not add it.
that's all i've got, take it away emma

It also functions as a solid check to the likes of Zygarde and Landorus, threatening both out with a Triple Axel. I would emphasize Rillaboom somewhere in / around the second sentence since you shut down its two biggest tools. Tsareena works best on offensive teams alongside teammates such as Diancie Diancie isn't really on the offensive teams (Semiroom is different IMO) you are referring to here so I would try to find a different example. and Urshifu-R which are prone to the likes of Rillaboom’s Grassy Glide, as well as Heatran and Volcanion Heatran and Volcanion both threaten Rillaboom and are not especially susceptible to Fake Out so I do not like them as examples. which are susceptible to being easily shut down by Fake Out. However, Tsareena faces large competition from the dominant Grass-types of the tier in Rillaboom and Amoonguss. Move the previous sentence to after the next one to help with flow and connect the two sentences where you mention Rillaboom and Amoonguss. * Power Whip is Tsareena’s strongest STAB option, allowing it to force out threats such as Tapu Fini and Urshifu-R, as well as netting heavy damage neutral targets such as Necrozma and Zeraora.

* U-Turn lets Tsareena pivot out of threats such as Genesect and Heatran Tsareena is out run by both, so I don't like them as examples. U-turn is also just used for pivoting so reword the sentence to just pivoting out of unfavorable positions. Another way to frame this is U-turn lets Tsareena block priority at the beginning of the turn and then pivot out, while mantaining maintaining momentum to bring another teammate in safely.

* Triple Axel allows Tsareena to immediately I do not know why this word is here. threaten the likes of Landorus, Zygarde, and Amoonguss, which would otherwise threaten it out or using it as setup fodder. Dragon Dance Zygarde still doesn't set up on Triple Axel-less Tsareena, Landorus doesn't threaten it out (Power Whip and Sludge Bomb are similar damage ranges), neither does Amoonguss particularly since you ignore Spore.

* High Jump Kick lets Tsareena threaten You use "allows/lets Tsareena to threaten in both this and the last bullet point, should probably try to switch up your delivery common Grass-type resists such Kyurem-B, Incineroar, and Heatran. Add how you must watch out for Protect. Taunt is another option on Sitrus Berry sets to shut down Trick Room setters such as Porygon2 immediately I do not know why this word is here., as well as redirection users such as Amoonguss, Blastoise, and Volcarona.

A Choice Band set utilizing Grassy Glide can be used alongside Rillaboom to increase Tsareena’s offensive prowess, although by not using a Sitrus Berry or an Assault Vest its longevity and bulk are decreased drastically. I would rather you frame this as Tsareena becomes less effective / reliable at blocking priority because its now in a much more offensive role. Rapid Spin is another move option that can be handy in some cases, removing hazards which can be detrimental long term as well as boosting its middling speed, although is completely useless against hazardless teams and is generally less useful compared to Tsareena’s other move options. * Triple Axel allows Tsareena to threaten threatens the likes of Landorus, Zygarde, and Amoonguss, and turns the matchups a lot more in Tsareena's favor. Basically without Triple Axel the matchups are mostly even / slightly in Tsareena's favor but Triple Axel makes it a clear win.
