Tsmp's team: RMT and help please

Intro

This is a team I've been tinkering around with for nearly a year. I've been running it through shoddy, swapping moves here, moving an EV there, etc. I'm pretty much at the end of my innovative juices, so I figured now's the time to get some outside help.

Some quick notes before I get to the point: This team has grown up in shoddy's official server, and as such is subjected to the occasional Garchomp, Deoxys-e, Wobbuffet, and Shaymin-s. Also, very few of these sets are standard.

I'm lacking any unifying theme and have a heavy fighting weakness, though so far any pokemon I've tried removing has made their absence well known. By that I mean I was often worse off for not having them. Maybe it's just the way I play.
The Team

Bag o' worms (Forretress) (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/6 SDef
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic Spikes
- Spikes
---

I hate his guts, but I don't last long without a spinner and the spikes are really useful with all the switches I'm forcing. I'll sometimes drop Spikes for explosion. I've considered Tentacruel, but I have a hard time tailoring his moveset to work well with the other team members. Actually, I'd much rather a solid lead, but the loss of rapid spin costs me too many battles.

Ice Cream (Regice) @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP/6 Def/252 SDef
Sassy nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Amnesia
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Ice Beam
---

I do come across the occasional Shaymin-sky form. Regice has proven numerous times that not only can he wall the flying bush until oblivion takes us all (due to clear body negating Seed flare's SDef drop and that massive SDef), but OHKO it and anything else with a x4 weakness to ice regardlein the way of any and all physical sweepers my opponents may have. To give you an idea of what I'll use this for, Shrek can Counter a +6 waterfall from DDdos with about 100 hp left for a KO, then later Slack Off the damage as opportunity provides to counter more attacks later on. Of course, a clever opponent will use a stat boosting attack on the turns Slaking is able to counter, so to stop that I'll encore the boosting move and beatdown with punishment, or switch for whatever I'm expecting them to switch to.

I mentioned that I sometimes face Garchomps. Slaking can switch into a SD and counter a +2 outrage (barring too many spikes), or encore another SD to ruin Garchomp's sweep. Hopefully. Providing, of course, I made the right choice, as Slaking cannot take a +4 anything from Garchomp.

Slaking can wall the weaker physical attackers with Slack Off, but I leave most of my physical walling to Rotom-heat form.

The 4 EVs in speed bring him up to 237, just barely beating out base 100 groups who don't invest in speed, which is immensly helpful when I need to Slack Off or encore something I switched into.

Oven of Doom (Rotom-h) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/6 SDef
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Reflect
- Will-o-wisp
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
---

Somewhat of a utility waller, I use Rotom to stop the fighting types Slaking can't handle (like CB Gallade) as well as anything that relies on anything Rotom resists. Reflect + Will-O-Wisp can make even Scizor and Metagross manageable, and the burns and reflects last long after Rotom is gone. It definitely helps that people expect him to be packing Overheat.

Epic Sumo (Snorlax) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 HP/6 Def/252 SDef
Sassy nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Curse
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Last Resort
---

Once the fighters and pseudo-hazers are out of the way, this guy mops up whatever is left. I don't worry about physical walls, as this has shown it can plow through anything without roar or normal immunities. When faced with a ghost, I'll either switch or stall with rest. I'll often switch this into Heatran or another special attacker in the hopes of getting LR online early, as even skarmory will fall if I squeeze in a couple curses.

Spaz Monkey (Vigoroth) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Vital Spirit
EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Encore
- Taunt
- Slack Off
- Focus Punch
---

This guy and Slaking inevitably end up pulling most of the weight on my team. I use Vigoroth to shut down all kinds of problem pokemon, even going so far as to switch into Breloom to encore a sub or spore (vital spirit stops spore). Once the opponent is locked into a non-attacking move, I'll either begin beating down with Focus Punch or force them into a struggle-lock with taunt. Both of those also work when the opponent switches, punching or taunting whatever comes in. If it has 305 speed or less, and Vigoroth switches into a non-attacking move, Vigoroth has it beat. If the opponent is stubborn enough to try and wait out encore, I'll redo it after encore ends and continue with the punching. I've noticed that this can stop any smeargle set I've ever faced, which is very useful against BP chains.

The only issue here is if Vigoroth ever goes down, I'm often destroyed by those previously mentioned problem pokemon.

Afterwords

I think the major problems here are Forretress, a heavy fighting weakness, a heavy reliance on prediction, and perhaps an over-reliance on Slaking and Vigoroth.

Ordinarily I'd be fixing these problems myself, but I'm here because I can't find a good solution for the issues at hand, and there have been a few times where I'm not even sure why I've lost, so I'm sure there are a few problems I'm missing here.
ss of SR. And if for some reason a CMer or NP sweeper poses a serious threat of sweeping, Regice with his Amnesia enhanced SDef can hold them off until they switch. I've tried this with Toxic instead of Amnesia, but Regice's Hp is a tad too low to take on anything he's weak to. He's a sub-par wall, but as far as walling what I need walled, he does his job well.

Shrek (Slaking) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Truant
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/6 Spd
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Counter
- Slack Off
- Encore
- Punishment
---

This thing and Vigoroth end up pulling most of the weight on my team. This Slaking is an absolute monster, defiantly standing
