Glimmora functions as a niche hyper offense lead, being able to utilise its unique ability in Toxic Debris, as well as access to Stealth Rock, allowing it to consistently stack hazards, to aid its teammates in wallbreaking. It also has access to Mortal Spin, allowing it to remove hazards from foes such as Great Tusk and Landorus-T. Power Gem is used in order to hit Flying-types such as Moltres and Zapdos, who could otherwise remove Glimmoras hazards via Defog. Earth Power is used in order to hit Steel-types such as Heatran, Kingambit and Gholdengo, all of which would use Glimmora as setup fodder. Focus Sash is used most of the time in order to set up multiple layers of Toxic Spikes and almost always guarantees Stealth Rock to be set, while Red Card can be used in order to punish anything attacking Glimmora and to rack up more hazard chip damage, while also potentially getting a poison off on foes such as Mega Tyranitar and Ting-Lu.

Glimmora fits solely on hyper offense teams, where its ability to stack Toxic Spikes and Stealth Rock is appreciated by its teammates. Dark-types such as Kingambit and Weavile enjoy the poison damage whittling down Fighting-types such as Great Tusk, Urshifu-R and Mega Lopunny, allowing them to clean through opposing teams more easily. Raging Bolt and Tornadus-T also appreciate Glimmora's Toxic Spikes since they help wear down Ting Lu, letting them overwhelm it more easily. Gholdengo is appreciated in order to block Rapid Spin from Great Tusk and Terapagos, as well as Defog from Tornadus-T and Zapdos. Glimmora also struggles with opposing leads such as Iron Treads and Landorus-T, who can effectively set and deny hazards against Glimmora, meaning that Flying-types such as Dragonite and the aforementioned Tornadus-T are appreciated. Glimmora also struggles with Poison-types, notably Galarian Slowking and Toxapex, due to their ability to remove Toxic Spikes, so Ground-types that threaten them such as Landorus-T and Garchomp function as good teammates.

It also has access to Mortal Spin, allowing it to effectively its actually kinda inconsistent vs steel types like ferro remove hazards from foes such as Great Tusk and Landorus-T, (RC) while still setting its own hazards against them via Toxic Debris. explain what power gem is needed for (aka birds) Earth Power is used in order to hit Steel-types such as Heatran, Kingambit and Gholdengo, all of which would otherwise be able to block Glimmora's Mortal Spin and resist its Power Gem use Glimmora as setup fodder. Focus Sash is used most of the time in order to set up multiple layers of Toxic Spikes mention how it almost always ensures glimmora always sets up a hazard, while Red Card can be used in order to punish anything attacking Glimmora and to rack up more hazard chip damage. mention how it lets glimm force in toxic spikes-weak foes such as ting lu or mttar; could also mention red card letting glimm be an emergency phaser in the HO mirror against zama or ghold

Glimmora fits solely on hyper offense teams, where its ability to stack Toxic Spikes and Stealth Rock is appreciated by its teammates.
