Same tiebreaker vote as above. Might take a gander at Poison/Bug or Poison/Fairy. Also, if the base form of a Pokémon is changed, what happens to the mega?

Pokemon: Roserade
Type:

BST: 100 HP (+40) / 60 ATK (-10) / 85 DEF (+20) / 125 SpA (+0) / 110 SpD (+5) / 90 Spe (+0) | 570 BST
Abilities:
Natural Cure / Regenerator | Technician
New Moves: Calm Mind, Moonblast, Draining Kiss.
Removed Moves: N/A
Niche: Toxic Spike setters, special wall or decently fast Special sweeper. Natural Cure and Regenerator makes its walling job easier, or Technician can be used instead to boost Draining Kiss to sustain it and Hidden Power to use Ground Hidden Power and smash thorough most Steel-type threats, especially Heatran.

Pokemon: Weezing
Type:

BST: 100 HP (+35) / 70 ATK (-20) / 130 DEF (+10) / 115 SpA (+40) / 95 SpD (+25) / 60 Spe (+0) | 570 BST
Abilities:
Levitate / Regenerator | Technician
New Moves: Nasty Plot, Power Gem, Recover.
Removed Moves: N/A
Niche: Toxic Spike setters, or physical wall. Although a double weakness of Ground is crippling, it can either have Levitate to solve it while still watching out for Mold Breaker punks, or Technician Grass/Ice that intimidate them. Clear Smog is also useful to clean off a set up Sweeper's stat raises, especially when using Technician or having a Focus Sash (or both).

Pokemon: Vespiquen
Type:

BST: 80 HP (+10) / 115 ATK (+) / 132 DEF (+30) / 50 SpA (-30) / 132 SpD (+30) / 61 Spe (+21) | 570 BST
Abilities:
Magic Guard / Intimidate | Technician
New Moves: Knock Off, Earthquake, Gunk Shot
Removed Moves: N/A
Niche: Now this is something you wouldn't expect. 80 / 132 / 132 is impressive with Intimidate, crippling most Physical threats. Magic Guard allows it to safely switch in Stealth Rocks and not to worry about other indirect damage, including Life Orb on self (although Burn should still be avoided if intended to be aggressive with Magic Guard). Technician seems unorthodox but will give a more dangerous boost to Fell Stinger and can combine well with Assault Vest. Earthquake is a nice bonus since it allows you to plow thorough most Steel-types and Knock Off can help punish threats relying on their items (like Farfetch'd and his precious Stick) while being SE against Psychic-type that aren't afraid of taking Bug-type damage.

Pokemon: Wormadam-Trash
Type: Poison/Bug
BST: 110 HP (+50) / 69 ATK (+0) / 135 DEF (+40) / 69 SpA (+0) / 135 SpD (+40) / 36 Spe (+0) | 554 BST
Abilities:
Unaware / Natural Cure | Overcoat
New Moves: Spikes / Toxic Spikes / Recover
Removed Moves: Iron Head
Justification/Niche: Wormadam-Trash can work as a bulky hazard setter, notably with access to Toxic Spikes. Access to unaware makes it a reliable wall in a damage-boosting metagame - paired with the immense defenses, it can prove to be a formidable foe. Notably, Poison-typing makes it immune to Poison, making it much harder to take down than other unaware walls (aside from Musharna). While its Bug/Poison typing lends it a good chunk of resistances and neutralities, it still ends up being weak to common offensive types like Rock and Flying - making it still possible to check.

Pokemon: Corsola
Type: Poison/Rock
BST: 85 HP (+20) / 65 ATK (+0) / 145 DEF (+50) / 135 SpA (+70) / 95 SpD (+0) / 45 Spe (+10) | 570 BST
Abilities:
Storm Drain / Battle Armor | Regenerator
New Moves: Sludge Bomb, Spikes, Rapid Spin
Removed Moves: None
Justification/Niche: This Corsola was designed to be a hard Araquanid check as it (should) wall most Araquanid sets, aside from Mirror Coat, thanks to its new access to Storm Drain. It also can function as a bulky Calm Mind sweeper in the late-game once its Ground- and Steel-type checks have been removed thanks to its access to Recover. It should be able to check most Fighting-types as well, thanks to its neutrality and naturally high Defense stat. It was given Sludge Bomb for STAB, Spikes as it fits Corsola's theme, and Rapid Spin due to the general lack of decent hazard removal options (in my opinion).

Pokemon: Comfey
Type: Poison/Fairy
BST: 81 HP (+30) / 42 ATK (-10) / 90 DEF (+0) / 112 SpA (+30) / 110 SpD (+0) / 135 Spe (+35) | 570 BST
Abilities:
Levitate / Triage | Magic Bounce
New Moves: Earth Power, Stored Power, Sludge Bomb
Removed Moves: None
Justification/Niche: I decided to make this Comfey a multi-purpose mon, with different potential options. It can act as a strong and fast attacker, or as a setup win condition and most notably, an unaware killer. Levitate enables it to take on its potential Ground-type checks, leaving it only weak to Psychic and Steel, while Magic Bounce can deter hazards upon switch-in and also prevent opposing Pokemon's status. I left Triage on as it's a very interesting ability, even with it's not-great usage on Comfey. Earth Power enables it to at least damage those fast Steel-types like Zangoose and Armaldo that it outspeeds. Stored Power is what enables it to be an Unaware-killer, as even though they can ignore its Calm Mind boosts, they can't ignore its massive high BP move. Sludge bomb is just added on for additional STAB.

Pokemon: Clefable
Type:

Stats: 95/ 100 (+30) / 80 (+7) / 125 (+30) / 110 (+20) / 60 BST: 570
Abilities: Poison Touch / Magic Guard / Unaware
New Moves: Toxic Spikes, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave
Removed Moves: None
Justification/Niche: Clefable is now a bulky Toxic Spikes setter that has access to a wide movepool, strong recovery, and outright stall to boosted stats. The addition of Poison typing makes Toxic never miss.

Pokemon: Muk
Type:

Stats: 125 (+20) / 105 / 105 (+30) / 60 / 130 (+30) / 40 (-10) BST: 565
Abilities: Gooey / Sticky Hold / Corrosion
New Moves: Stone Edge, Hone Claws
Removed Moves: None
Justification/Niche: Muk now gets the benefit of using Hone Claws to up its Accuracy and attack to land a Stone Edge or Gunk Shot, and now has Corrosion so it wont get stopped by any Steel types. Sticky Hold serves the same purpose of holding onto Black Sludge, and Gooey brings fast attackers down to it's size.

Pokemon: Drapion
Type:

Stats: 70 / 110 (+20) / 130 (+20) / 80 (+20) / 75 / 105 (+10) BST: 500
Abilities: Moxie / Sniper / Intimidate
New Moves: First Impression, Lunge, U-Turn
Removed Moves: None
Justification/Niche: Drapion now has the ability to use Choice Scarf or Choice Band to its full potential, with U-Turn and Moxie, its able to count up KOs and keep on boosting. On the other hand, Intimidate makes its Physical Bulk even more effective.

Pokemon: Slurpuff
Type:

Sugar is pretty bad for you after all...
BST: 107 HP (+25) / 90 ATK (+10) / 96 DEF (+10) / 95 SpA (+10) / 90 SpD (+15) / 82 Spe (+10) | 560 BST
Abilities:
Technician / Regenerator | Unburden
New Moves: Gunk Shot, Sludge Bomb, Clear Smog
Removed Moves: Sticky Web
Niche: An unpredictable mon that can sweep with Belly Drum or Calm Mind, or heal the team with Wish and Aromatherapy. Removed Sticky Web since such a bulky, reliable setter would probably be cancer. Technician/Draining Kiss is useable for Calm Mind, Unburden for Belly Drum, and Regenerator for a Wish passing set. It already gets Flamethrower, Cotton Guard, Drain Punch, Wish and Aromatherapy to round out those sets.

Pokemon: Ursaring
Type:

BST: 90 HP (+0) / 135 ATK (+5) / 115 DEF (+40) / 70 SpA (-5) / 75 SpD (+0) / 85 Spe (+30) | 570 BST
Abilities:
Guts / Defiant | No Guard
New Moves: Rock Polish, Poison Jab, Stealth Rock
Removed Moves: N/A
Niche: Physical Wallbreaker with Stone Edge and Gunk Shot, with Earthquake, Close Combat, or Cross Chop to round out coverage. Sweeper with Rock Polish and possibly Swords Dance. No Guard is probably the ability of choice, considering the number of strong 80% accurate moves it wants to use, but Guts and Defiant give you opportunities to switch in and do tons of damage right away. Guts could be scary on Rock Polish sets, while Defiant could work on Choice Band sets.

Pokemon: Dustox
Type:

BST: 75 HP (+15) / 50 ATK (+0) / 110 DEF (+40) / 105 SpA (+55) / 120 SpD (+30) / 105 Spe (+40) | 565 BST
Abilities:
Levitate / Prankster | Swarm
New Moves: Tail Glow, Aura Sphere, Reflect
Removed Moves: N/A
Niche: Quiver Dance + Tail Glow is an extremely potent double dance combo. You can also run a support set with plenty of moves to use with Prankster such as Defog, Dual Screens, and Tailwind. Levitate and Swarm are both marginally useful to boosting sets.

Pokemon: Mothim
Type: Poison/Bug
BST:

Abilities: Magic Guard/Tinted Lens/Corrosion
New Moves: First Impression, Gunk Shot, Taunt
Removed Moves: N/A

Fast, utility, anti-stall bug with a focus on physical stats. While not as powerful as Mega Beedrill, it can do things like Tinted Lens U-turns/First Impression. Poison type lets it absorb Toxic Spikes while Magic Guard protects from Rocks while it Defogs hazards/U-turns away. It also has a nice Defense stat to soak up weaker priority moves and physical Fighting/Fairy moves. Corrosion allows it to threaten walls without status recovery.

Pokemon: Cradily
Type:
/
(explained I promise!)
BST: 121 (+35) / 80 (-1) / 102 (+5) / 95 (+14) / 133 (+26) / 42 (+0) (BST: 570)
Abilities: Suction Cups / Storm Drain
New Moves: Soak, Aromatherapy, Roar (Other Flavor: Dazzling Gleam, Draining Kiss, Poison Jab, Acid Spray, Muddy Water, etc.)
Removed Moves: Energy Ball, Bullet Seed, Seed Bomb, Solar Beam, Rock Polish, Stone Edge, Sandstorm
Justification: Cradily's Poison typing is grounded in the flavor: it learns five different Poison moves, and the dex entries frequently reference its venomous tentacles. The Fairy type comes from its terrifying savagery once you look past its deceptively cute exterior (yes, Cradily is cute), as with Mawile, Tapu Lele, etc.
Niche: Optimized Cradily is an equally terrifying special wall and team supporter. Fearing little other than Psyshock/Psychic and the stray Earth Power, Cradily happily takes Fighting, Dark, Fairy, Dragon, Water (thanks to Storm Drain), and more special moves and Recovers off any chip. It even stares down mighty neutral attackers, taking 41.7% maximum from Specs Koko Thunderbolt and cleanly avoiding the 2HKO after Rocks. Unless I messed up this next calc in some way, the seemingly strongest Optimized special attacker, Wigglytuff, can't OHKO the physical defense spread after Nasty Plot after Rocks (then comes Cradily's Sludge Wave) unless it's Modest. Who needs permanent Sandstorm, anyway? Not Cradily.
+2 252 SpA Aerilate Flying/Fairy Wigglytuff (160 SpA) Hyper Voice vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Cradily: 322-379 (72.1 - 84.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
RIP it has Technician HP Ground but this calc still shows the bulk

Cradily's moves and typing are also perfect for a supporter. Using one of its many opportunities to switch in, Cradily can set Rocks, spread never-miss Toxic, shuffle the opponent, and play cleric. Recover keeps it reliably healthy throughout the match for both of its jobs, and its typing/ability respectively protect it from Toxic and Scald burns, making chipping it down even harder. 80/95 offenses aren't offenses to boast about per se, but Sludge Wave and good coverage prevent it from being totally passive, and it does have Curse if you're into that and want to patch up your lower defense at the same time. Particularly with Suction Cups and recovery.

Removed Moves: Charge Beam, Thunder Punch, Wild Charge, Magnet Rise, Thunder, Ion Deluge, Cut, Outrage, Dragon Claw, Crush Claw
Niche: Eelektross is set up to be both an ideal and a uniquely dangerous Assault Vest user. Strong STAB lets it hit hard when in, Intimidate and a plethora of utility moves keep momentum, and low Speed safely brings in teammates. Resistances like 4x to Fighting and 4x to Grass give it switch-in opportunities, and it easily separates itself from other pivots like Incineroar with its ludicrously vast offensive movepool able to handle coverage holes, the type's weaknesses, luring, etc. alongside its ability to clear hazards with the vest. Seeing the number of slashes I had to put on some of the sample sets really helps you appreciate how big that movepool is.

Good to see you back, Tiksi! Altough hate to break it to you, Wigglytuff can use Technician instead of Aerilate. Which allows it for an Earth Power alternate called Hidden Power Ground (60BP but 1.5x makes a good 90BP) which hit harder than Aerilate Hyper Voice does to SE hit from the prior move iirc. And at least we got a good amount of Ground-type Wallbreakers like Rampardos and Lycanroc-Midnight to balance this Cradily.

Plus we are only allowed to have up to three new moves per submission, but you can bring back the removed moves so that Cradily can at least hit a switchin-in Ground-type threat. I do not want to make you feel bad, since it had been a long time you participated in here.

Pokemon: Leavanny
Type: Poison/Bug
BST: 75/143/80/70/80/115
Abilities: Serene Grace, Poison Touch, Sap Sipper
New Moves: Coil, Gunk Shot, Jump Kick

Leavanny becomes a very powerful physical attacker. Two if its abilities gives it a higher chance to poison bulker pokemon or to one that resist its attack. Sap Sipper is usually the left out but if your team is weak to grass, you can use it for a free attack boost.

Pokemon: Solrock
Type:

BST: 120 / 115 / 105 / 55 / 85 / 90 (570)
Abilities: Levitate / Dry Skin | Drought
New Moves: Gunk Shot, Growth, Fire Lash
Niche: Interesting physical tank that can play immunity mind games with its first two abilities (although Levitate will surely be superior) or opt for more potent recovery and a psuedo-STAB Fire Lash with Drought. A sturdy sun setter with non-redundant typing with sun sweepers and breakers is also a very nice boon for sun teams.

Pokemon: Nihilego
Type:

BST: 109 / 43 / 71 / 113 / 131 / 103 (570)
Abilities: Beast Boost / Corrosion | Regenerator
New Moves: Moonblast, Recover, Toxic Thread
Niche: A fastish bulky pivot with the ultimate goal of poisoning the entire opposing team. Corrosion alongside Toxic (Thread) allows Nihilego to poison virtually any target, with Toxic putting in more work against fatter mons while Toxic Thread messes with offensive pokemon better due to the speed drop. Regenerator pairs nicely with Regenerator in order to create a sturdy hazard setter that can come in multiple times.

Regarding Tiksi 's submission, if any of them win then we'll just add the first 3 moves, since the others are just for flavour. (People might still use Waterfall on Eelektross or something if it's added). Thanks Samtendo09 for bringing it up while I wasn't here.

Anyway, some last submissions.

Pokemon: Weezing
Type: Poison/Rock
BST:
65/60/130/100/125/90
Abilities: Levitate/Corrosion/Unaware
New Moves: Shore Up, Stealth Rock, Defog
Removed Moves: N/A

A dusty version of everyone's favourite two-headed smog beast. Levitate for removing a weakness, Corrosion for keeping Steel types in a poison timer since Poison/Rock is sure to attract Steels that would wall it and Unaware can be used with Clear Smog to make it an emergency check against boosted opponents. Shore Up gives it reliable recovery, especially in sand environments while SR/Defog adds more utility. It lacks an actual Rock STAB though and has to really on Hidden Power if you want to use the Rock STAB, but let's be honest, you'll be using this mon for support options rather than attacking (some added moves are Rock type at least!). Besides, the best special Rock move, Power Gem, isn't going to be sweeping teams anytime soon. It is also balanced by low HP and it's offenses being walled by Steel types, although it does have access to Fire Blast to use it's boosted Special Attack with.

Pokemon: Vileplume
Type: Poison/Fairy
BST:
85/70/115/120/130/50
Abilities: Unaware/Prankster/Oblivious
New Moves: Strength Sap, Nasty Plot, Topsy Turvy
Removed Moves: N/A

Gloom embraces it's Poison typing as it evolved, dropping the Grass element to become more mischievous (Vileplume looks the part). Defensive, utility mon- it already has all the STABs it needs in its movepool. Unaware checks boosted mons, Oblivious ignores Taunt and Prankster has nice synergy with its support moves which range from status Powders, Aromatherapy and even the new Nasty Plot to boost its offensive presence. Strength Sap for support/recovery while Topsy Turvy can turn the tide of the battle (just don't use it against a Strength Sapped mon). It's Fairy typing ensures it's not a sitting duck against Dark types when using Prankster sets.

And now we can start voting!

Use this template and try to have a vote for each one so we have less tiebreakers.

Poison/Fairy: Someone's Pokemon
Poison/Rock: Someone's Pokemon
Poison/Bug: Someone's Pokemon

You can also vote for three typings that will be included in the next slate.

So the next type slate will be:

Ground Secondary Typings: Type 1 / Type 2 / Type 3

Already used types are Bug, Rock, Fighting, Fairy, Electric, Psychic

When the Type Opti Open finals are over then we can do the nerfing slate.

Voting ends 18th of July

And with that, congratulations to Gojiratar's Poison/Fairy Aromatisse, and Samtendo09's Poison/Rock Weezing and Poison/Bug Vespiquen!

And now on to the next slate-

Ground/Grass, Ground/Fire and Ground/Ice
Submissions close at the 26th of July

Pokemon: Cacturne
Type:

BST: 80 (+10) / 125 (+10) / 80 (+20) / 125 (+10) / 80 (+20) / 80 (+25) (BST: 570)
Abilities: Sand Veil / Sand Rush / Water Absorb (HA)
New Moves: Earthquake, Earth Power, Rock Slide
Niche: Cacturne now has improved stats and a new ability in Sand Rush so it can be used as a sweeper on sand teams. Cacturne's niche over Excadrill is that it can beat bulky Water types with its secondary STAB and it can use both physical and special sets (it learns both Swords Dance and Nasty Plot).

Pokemon: Golurk
Type:

BST: 95 (+6) / 135 (+11) / 110 (+30) / 55 (+0) / 110 (+30) / 65 (+10) (BST: 570)
Abilities: Iron Fist / White Smoke / Speed Boost (HA)
New Moves: Flare Blitz, Flame Charge, Heat Crash
Niche: Golurk now has a really good bulk and a great ability in Speed Boost, which helps with its low Speed. It can now work as a late game cleaner or pull off some sweeper sets using gimmicks such as Power-Up Punch or Curse.

Pokemon: Donphan
Type:

BST: 120 (+30) / 120 (+0) / 150 (+30) / 30 (-30) / 120 (+60) / 30 (-20) (BST: 570)
Abilities: Sand Veil / Snow Cloak / Intimidate (HA)
New Moves: Icicle Crash, Avalanche, Ice Beam
Niche: Donphan is now an incredibly bulky wall that offers hazard control and even offensive presence with its respectable 120 Attack. Donphan's typing has quite a few weaknesses, but its insane bulk (further boosted by Intimidate) makes up for it.

Pokemon: Sunflora
Type: Ground/Fire
BST: 125/55/105/145/115/25 (BST: 570)
Abilities: Dry Skin Drought (HA)
New Moves: Spikes, Fire Blast, Lava Plume
Niche: Fire based goodness, or Water Absorby goodness. This is friggin Sunflora taken to an extreme. Be a sun setter who isn't rock weak and support your team with Spikes or lots of Fire damage.

252+ SpA Abomasnow Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Blissey in Sun: 247-292 (34.5 - 40.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after 1 layer of Spikes and Leftovers recovery

Not too shabby, is it? It's not quite a 2HKO, but does Blissey or Chansey want to switch in on Leech Seeds followed up by lots of damage? I don't think so.

Pokemon: Avalugg
Type: Ground/Ice
BST: 125/117/168/44/102/14 (BST: 570)
Abilities: Glaciate/Sturdy Regenerator (HA)
New Moves: Counter, Stealth Rock, Ice Shard
Niche: Let's make the defensive ice type work! Mamoswine is faster, physically stronger and better vs. either taunt or fire/ice moves, but Avalugg is more durable with recovery and regen, or able to ice spin in the face of spin blockers!

Pokemon: Aggron
Type:

BST: 75 (+0) / 75 (-35) / 122 (-58) / 130 (+70) / 55 (-20) / 113 (+63) | 570 BST
sorry stat changes are so drastic / but someone already used my last shtick / good thing this idea's elastic
Abilities: Sheer Force / Competitive
New Moves: Spikes, Flame Charge, Will-O-Wisp
Removed Moves: Poison Jab, Venom Drench, Venoshock
Justification / Niche: Aggron has burned away the old and turned up the smelting forge! If a considerably weaker, slower, and less versatile Mega Camerupt could briefly pull a stint in OU, imagine how well this flaming behemoth is capable of representing the type.
The most obvious route of inflicting terror here is 3 or 4 attack sets using the power of Sheer Force Life Orb off 130 Special Attack with frighteningly excellent Ground+Fire offensive coverage. This coverage is made even better because most Pokemon resisting both types fall to Ice Beam, making quite the tall task to check.
Don't expect this to just be normal Poison/Ground Nidoking but better, though, since this monster has considerably more to offer to the standard meta. To pile on the checking difficulty, it can use Flame Charge to outspeed common Scarfers, but if you're not looking to so quickly bowling-ball over the opponent Stealth Rock and Spikes lets it support the team. It can either add one to the standard set or through a more focused set, using its other ability in Competitive and its offensive prowess to dominate the hazards game. Magic Bouncers or Defoggers giving you trouble? 2HKO max Special Defense Mega Sableye - without Sheer Force - and outspeed/OHKO Mega Diancie, while Competitive not only allows you to posterize Defoggers (if you haven't already Taunted them) but either frighten them out of clearing or use their boost to threaten to sweep.
Also, you can just Mega Evolve into regular Mega Aggron now, except with Spikes and Will-O-Wisp. That sounds fun!
I can't believe it's not Camerupt-Mega or Nidoking-Optimized!

Pokemon: Cacturne
Type:

BST: 80 (+10) / 125 (+10) / 80 (+20) / 125 (+10) / 80 (+20) / 80 (+25) (BST: 570)
Abilities: Sand Veil / Sand Rush / Water Absorb (HA)
New Moves: Earthquake, Earth Power, Sand Tomb, Rock Slide, Stone Edge

New Moves: Flare Blitz, Flame Charge, Heat Crash, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Overheat, Sunny Day
Niche: Golurk now has a really good bulk and a great ability in Speed Boost, which helps with its low Speed. It can now work as a late game cleaner or pull off some sweeper sets using gimmicks such as Power-Up Punch or Z-Sunny Day.

Pokemon: Donphan
Type:

BST: 60 (-30) / 120 (+0) / 90 (-30) / 60 (+0) / 60 (+0) / 50 (+0) (BST: 440)
Abilities: Sand Veil / Snow Cloak / Huge Power (HA)
New Moves: Icicle Crash, Avalanche, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Hail
Niche: Donphan's stats got nerfed, but it got Huge Power. Donphan is now an extremely powerful wallbreaker with almost unresisted STAB combo and STAB priority in Ice Shard.
i love that golurk, but there unfortunately remain two points of unfortunateness
if huge power is to work, nerfing is the way, but it is banned, for reasons like this
252+ Atk Life Orb Huge Power Donphan Ice Shard vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Alakazam-Mega: 250-294 (99.6 - 117.1%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO
252+ Atk Life Orb Huge Power Donphan Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 48 Def Ferrothorn: 335-395 (95.1 - 112.2%) -- 68.8% chance to OHKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Huge Power Donphan Icicle Crash vs. 248 HP / 104+ Def Celesteela: 348-409 (87.6 - 103%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

also, you only get three new moves per mon (but you can remove flavor moves and won't end up changed too much optimization-wise)

While I'm here, are you allowed to do a mon that has already been done? Just realized I did that (but if not I can change it I'm sure)
