Tyranitar @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake
- Substitute

Tyranitar has quickly become a popular trend on offensive Dark teams because of Dragon Dance, its coverage dealing with types like Poison and Electric, and an enormous base 134 Attack. After one Dragon Dance, Tyranitar outspeeds Gengar and Tapu Lele, and after two, it outpaces Choice Scarf users such as Galarian Darmanitan and Excadrill. Rock Slide provides coverage against Ground-resistant Pokemon like Celesteela and Whimsicott, while Earthquake does the same for Rock-resistant Pokemon like Bisharp and Nidoking. Substitute blocks status moves like Leech Seed and Yawn, allowing it to consecutively set up Dragon Dances. Grimmsnarl checks Dragon- and Fighting-types like Kommo-o and Heracross, provides dual screens, and has Thunder Wave to cripple fast threats like Galarian Zapdos and Cinderace. Hydreigon and Galarian Moltres handle defensive Pokemon like Gastrodon and Ferrothorn with Nasty Plot. Weavile performs well against Flying, Ground, and Grass and wears down bulky Steel-types like Celesteela and Corviknight. Finally, Zarude is good against Water- and Ground-types like Urshifu-R and Hippowdon.

Tyranitar has quickly become a popular trend on offensive Dark teams because of Dragon Dance, its coverage in Rock Slide + Earthquake dealing with types like Dragon, Electric, and an enormous base 134 Attack! After one Dragon Dance, Tyranitar outspeeds Gengar and Garchomp u dont do anything to chomp so maybe tapu lele is better here, and after two, it outpaces Choice Scarf users such as Galarian Darmanitan and Excadrill. Rock Slide provides neutral coverage against Ground resistant Pokemon like Celesteela and Whimsicott while Earthquake does the same for Rock resistant Pokemon like Bisharp and Nidoking. Substitute allows it to avoid status moves like Leech Seed and Thunder Wave, allowing it to consecutively set up Dragon Dances. Grimmsnarl checks Dragon- and Fighting-types like Kommo-o and Heracross and provides dual screens and Thunder Wave to cripple fast threats like Galarian Zapdos and Cinderace. Hydreigon and Galarian Moltres checks defensive Pokemon like Toxapex and Ferrothorn with Nasty Plot. use hippowdon/gastrodon over pex as an exampleWeavile performs well against Flying, Ground, and Grass and wears down bulky Steel-types like Celesteela and Corviknight. use krook > weavile which is important on ho Finally, Zarude is good against Water- and Ground-types like Urshifu-R and Hippowdon.
