U can't touch this

I started out making a mixed offensive/defensive team, but that quickly died and turned all-out defensive. the idea on this team is to basically shut down the opponent, and to prevent them from doing the same thing to me. (any team with the same goal as mine shall turn out to be an infinate stall battle.)

Swampert@leftovers
torrent
252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SpA.
Relaxed
-Stealth rock
-Surf
-Earthquake
-Ice beam

Standard mixpert lead set. this could be considered to be the most offensive thing on my team, so I don't like to have it die easily. I usefull for getting entry hazrds up, and probably the closest thing to a heatran counter I have on my team.

Rotom-H@leftovers
Levitate
252 HP, 168 Def, 88 Spe
Bold
-Shadow Ball
-Thunderbolt
- Overheat
-Will-O-Wisp

Rotom is on my team for two reasons: for spinblocking and for crippling physical sweepers with will-O-wisp. makes a great gyarados counter with his bulk and stab thunderbolt. I find heatran users predicting will-O-wisp a little too easily and switching in to a flash fire boost.

Skarmory@leftovers
Keen Eye
252 HP, 64 Atk, 194 Def
-Spikes
-Roost
-Whirlwind
-Brave Bird

The world needs a phazer...Skarmory....is...that...phazer (for those of you who have ever seen veggie tales) skarmory a key part of my team because he can easily set up spikes, and repetativly switch into powerfull attacks and phaze. the stallage is very nice too, but that is actually not his main purpose. his main purpose is to phaze and set up entry hazards, while making life difficult for the opponent.

Blissey@leftovers
Serene grace
252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SpA
-Aromatherapy
-Softboiled
-Toxic
-Ice beam

This makes the amazing skarmbliss combo, but with a twist: serene grace over natural cure. I'm sure your all thinking "why the _____ would anyone do something like that?" but the reason si quite simple: sleep clause. breloom comes in on swampert to set up. switch blissey into the spore ans switch out. all of a sudden, skarmory can come in without worry of being put to sleep and phaze. another quite effective reason is for ice beam to have a 1/5 chance of freezing. I use ice beam over seismic toss so that I have something against gengar, other wise it would probably rape my team. aromatherapy is to make sure that status does not cripple my team, toxic is to number thier turns, and softboiled for recovery. pretty simple, right?

Claydol@lightclay
Levitate
252HP, 252 Def, 4 Atk
Bold
-Light screen
-Reflect
-Rapid spin
-Stone edge

This is the glue to my team: duel screens. (do you honestly expect your burnt chioce band lucario to do ANY damage to skarmory with reflect up?) It is also my rapid spinner, all in one. considering psychic over stone edge to eliminate pesky ghost type spin blockers, but this thing hardly attacks anyways. if it only moves twice in the match before it dies, it has done it's job. claydol is surprisingly bulky, especialy with screens up. I am rather surprised that he is not used more in OU.

Registeel@leftovers
Clear Body
252 HP, 252 SpD, 4 Def
Careful
-Substitute
-Curse
-Amnesia
-Iron Head

this works in conjuction with light screen and reflect. this is the idea: 364 HP, 337 Def, and 438 Spd make this thing a tank already. add the screens. Then add multiple curses and an amnesia or two. most people, even with stab super effective attacks, cannot even break the subs after this thing has set up. it does take a bit to set up, but with screen support it is relativly easy. just watch out for phazers. this could either be used as a late game "sweeper" or a great way to surprise to foe at the start of the match. Oh, and after 6 curses (which is not hard at all to get) his attack reaches 558. may not seem like much, but the opponent can't do anything either. and iron head from this guy is gonna hurt. it is ideal to set up immediatly after the screens are up to make sure the opponent can't 2HKO. after2 curses/and amnesia (whichever is more appropriate at the time) it gets pretty hard to stop, unless you have a skarmory of your own.

So the basic idea is this: status between will-O-wisp and toxic, multiple entry hazards/a phazer to enforce it, duel screens, and insanly defensive typing/stats on the overall team=stall out, and make the opponent helpless. even stallbrakers have trouble getting through this, and swampert/rotom can still hit pretty hard if the have to. the point is: What can you do? that's right, U can't touch this.

Swampert@leftovers
torrent
252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SpA.
Relaxed
-Stealth rock
-Surf
-Earthquake
-Ice beam
Try changing Surf to Roar, this will allow you to scout their team a long with getting Stealth Rocks damage.

Blissey@leftovers
Serene grace
252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SpA
-Aromatherapy
-Softboiled
-Toxic
-Ice beam
Try changing Ice Beam to Seismic Toss. It provides a stable attacking move that can do a decent amount of damage to the opponents team.

Registeel@leftovers
Clear Body
252 HP, 252 SpD, 4 Def
Careful
-Substitute
-Curse
-Amnesia
-Iron Head
With this set, I doubt you're going to be able to get all of that off, and be able to survive with only Leftovers. Before you can set up, something super effective can 2HKO you easily. Registeel needs a better why to restore health. Try switching Substitute and Amnesia to Rest and Sleep Talk. I've used this set before and it works great.

blissey is staying with ice beam to abuse the serene grace. I have made many people quit when they switch in scizor into an ice beam and get frozen, and it's great. and registeel can set up prety easliy, but it needs claydols duel screens to help. otherwise it is kinda screwed. it is easier to set up than you might think, especially late game when most counters have been taken care of. I will consider roar though, thanks.

Dude, even with Serene Grace Ice Beam's freezehax is only 20%, so 4 times out of 5 scizor will be able to set up on you or wreck you with Superpower. I don't know about your math skills, but those are pretty terrible odds. And Natural Cure is a WAY better ability on Blissey as it allows you to switch in Spore/Twave/Will-o-Wisps.

I agree with TehPlatypusss. Natural Cure is godsend for Blissey. Serene Grace isn't helping if you're just going to hope to abuse one move. I know you have Aromatherapy but still, absorbing status, and then switching out to remove it is great.

Try a Rest Sleep Talk version of Registeel with Curse.

Use your EV Spread, and go for the moves Rest/Sleep Talk/Iron Head/Curse.
That way, you get to recover your health without resorting to Leftovers.

Good luck!
