Uber Sun Team

Hi, this is my new team Ubers sun, based on the balanced style. I laddered with this team for a while,and was only able to get to 1500, and 2100 in PS.

Groudon @ Lum Berry
Trait: Drought
EVs: 252 HP / 176 Def / 56 SDef / 24 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

Groudon is a good physical barrier, I use to put rocks and sunny day, Lum Berry is to heal burns, toxic and wake, very useful for smeargles smashpash. The speed is for OHKO with Stone edge a Estandards Ho-Oh's and the evs of special def. is for resist water well in sun.

Arceus-Ghost @ Spooky Plate
Trait: Multitype
EVs: 20 HP / 236 SAtk / 252 Spd

Aceus-Ghost, the sweeper, for me the best MC, evs are to have the most special attack possible with 1 CM can OHKO most of the metagame and also I use anti-spinner. The set does not need much explanation.

Latias (F) @ Soul Dew

EVs: 164 HP / 148 SAtk / 196 Spd

My only check for kyogre, a beast with soul dew ubers, HP Fire is for steel types, Grass knot for Dar OHKO Groudon with 4 evs in HP, Draco Meteor by Stab, although I'm thinking of using Dragon Pulse to keep special attack, even that would go psycoshock not bad.

Forretress (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy

Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)

Forretress, the spinner of the team, put spikes, and use it to make Extreme Killer Arceus counter, I use Toxic to poison anti spiners to kill them slowly, and use pain split is to survive as much as possible, the evs and nature is to resist the ice well Kyurem-W beam of specs.

Genesect @ Choice Scarf

Genesect, for me the best scarf in Ubers, faster than almost all of palkia excepeto, steel type does well to resist extreme speeds, the evs are for sure OHKO Rayquaza with +0 in SpA, I have not decided if put flamethrower or explosion, flamethrower almost nobody expects it, and EXPLOSION used to kill some of the team arceus counters.

Ho-Oh, my pokemon preferred ubers, this beast resists almost everything, regenerator makes it more beast even, the evs in defense are for countear to Blaziken with SD, and evs speed are for going too fast that the ho-ho's and kill it.

The Team Deoxys-s are very problematic with SR and Spikes, the only thing that bothers me is the deoxys-s with HP Fire / Fire Punch, killing my forretres, one of the biggest threats to the team.

In this I kill with Genesect, if Genesect is dead is GG.

A major threat to the team, all I do is predict what will make the scarf is what gives most problems, is faster than genesect.

It gives me a lot of trouble, against HO-oH change but if you have Stone Edge beats me.

Normally against change to ho-oh, it makes a change to genesect dragon attack and kill him with Ice Beam.

This is very a standard team, for good reason. There aren't many significant threats besides CM arceus-ghost, Pa.kia and hazards late game or scarf cleans if you lose a few key pokemon. I suggest max speed on Genesect so you can tie with other Genesects if you need to, as well as maxing hp on Arc-Ghost so you can take hits from Palkia, Latios, Dialga, and Rayquaza.
