Groudon @ Leftovers

the sun annoys starting kyogres and a stealth rock set up at the beginning is quite nice :-D

Kyogre @ Leftovers
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP/216 Def/40 Spd
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Water Spout
this kyo is a beast. I prefer Waterspout at the last slot because with resttalk you'll have max hp almost all the time.

Dialga @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 120 HP/136 Atk/252 SAtk
Quiet nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
- Brick Break
- Draco Meteor
- Thunder
- Fire Blast
mixdialga is also very good. I'm not sure about the item, perhaps I should use lum or leftovers?

- Dragon Pulse
With it's enormous Def cmtalk is realy good. It's also a fine counter for cmtalk kyogre with it's water resistance

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP/4 Spd/252 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Aromatherapy
- Softboiled
- Seismic Toss
- Thunder Wave
no wishbliss, but aromatherapy because tw and toxic are everywhere at ubers

Forretress (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 Spd
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Toxic Spikes
- Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Reflect
toxic spikes are really helpfull at uber and so is Rapid Spin. Reflect because it can't deal any dmg at ubers, but i think i should replace it with gyro ball to be able to damage rayquaza who stuck at outrage

Dialga shouldn't be having a Life Orb - At 194 Speed, you'll be outsped a lot and you certainly won't be able to take full adantage of the item.

Blissey needs to have Defense EVs...swap the HP EVs into Defense. It doesn't mateer if this is the uber metagame or not-Pursuit is everywhere in ubers and you don't want to die from it.

Blissey's set could probably use a tweak or two. I haven't been messing around with uber Blisseys so I prorbably won't know exactly what's the best, but try Toxic/Seismic Toss/Icy Wind/Softboiled. I understand that you have Aroma for status, but you have enough for absorption anyways...at least.

Your team is really weak to Groudon (CBQuake destroys your team completely; no Ground resist/immunity whatsoever) and Refreshing Latias. It may be hard to adjust, though, since Groudon's only real counter (CB anyways), is Lugia. The Lati@s can be stopped by TTar, Metagross and Scizor.

what should i replace with lugia and ttar?
perhaps dialga and kyogre, but i dunno what weaks i'll have then, because i've no idea about the uber metagame :/

Well besides Latias and Groudon you have a huge, and I mean huge, Rayquaza weakness. If it is carrying Overheat, Outrage, Dragon Dance, and Earthquake you are going to lose. And even without Earthquake it will still beat everything after a dragon dance. Now it will have a hard time setting up but trust me it can set up (maybe on Kyogre). So going on what Jibaku said you really want Lugia. Now only does he counter Groudon but he also beats Rayquaza. Latias is still a problem but Light Screen might be able to hold it off although that means losing out on Reflect.

I would just use Lugia over Forretress. Spikes isn't that neccesary in Ubers and while Toxic Spikes are nice they aren't really needed. Plus Groudon is already laying spikes. Lugia can still wall physically and set up a screen but also beat the uber threats.
