Speaking of which, gardening is quite relaxing, the process of nurturing a fragile little seedling to full bloom. Well, we do have quite the harvest with so many diligent gardeners around, and we have to use it up somehow, right?
BW Ubers
The only allowed held items are Berries. A maximum of 3 Pokemon can hold Sitrus or Lum Berries
Arceus cannot use Extreme Speed
Sadly, we had many droughts recently. A good gardener must know which of their plants need how much water to prosper
Every Pokemon is Level 80
You have 70 level to freely distribute among your Pokemon
- The maximum of 3 Pokemon thing means that of 6 Pokemon in your team only up to 3 can hold either a Lum or Sitrus berry
For example, you could have 3 Lum berries but no Sitrus berries or 2 Sitrus berries and 1 Lum berry and so on. Ofc you can also use less than this
Your Pokemon may also hold no item
- Giratina Origin is unavailable because it can only hold the Griseous Orb, same goes for other Arceus formes
- The level thing means you can add up to 70 level to your pokemon. For example, you give Pokemon A 20 level so it is now level 100 and you only have 50 level left to
distribute among your other Pokemon. You ofc don't have to distribute all available level if you see some advantage in doing that
- All your Pokemon must be between level 80 and 100
- Though there are level up moves, Heartscales allow you to learn level up moves from beyond your current level too before Gen 8. It would have been an interesting
angle to forbid them but going through Serebii to check all the level up moves would be tedious in building and is hard to verify by the opponent. There are also
exclusive or early level up moves for certain pre-evolutions as well as different learn sets in previous generations or some moves being available through breeding and I think no one wants to deal with this whole mess. If your builder says it's okay then it is

There is a lot to use here. I mainly hope to see some interesting use of Natural Gift as the distribution among viable Pokemon is really high here. Pluck, Thief and Unnerve might also be interesting, with trick also now beeing easier to utilize. And of course you can't forget Tea Time. If your opponent hacks Sinistea into Gen 5 to make it happen, that would be quite the scary strategy. There are a ton of interesting options opening up and some other avenues like speed control through scarfs closing. I'm curious what strategies you will come up with, Either way, I'm sure it won't look like regular BW Ubers. Remember, only the
