Ribombee trova il suo posto in Ubers come una lead apposita per piazzare Rete Vischiosa in team hyper offense. Forza Lunare permette a Ribombee di minacciare lead Koraidon in lead e di fare buoni danni a Giratina-O e Stun Spore permette di fermare lead veloci come Zacian-C, Eternatus e Choice Scarf Kyogre di superare e mandare KO in due colpi Ribombee. Tailwind offre un altra opzione di supporto per i compagni di Rimbombee, mentre Quiver Dance può essere utilizzata per evitare che Zacian-C Sostituto da effettuare un setup in modo affidabile. Tera Steel stops Glimmora from removing Sticky Web through Mortal Spin, while Tera Normal specifically counters Giratina-O by preventing it from removing Sticky Web, then KOing Ribombee with Shadow Sneak before it can be set again. Because Ribombee's purpose is to set Sticky Web above all else, it won't be doing much in the way of offensive pressure and is best paired with strong threats like Calm Mind Arceus variants, Kyurem-B, and Necrozma-DM that appreciate opposing Pokemon being slowed and paralyzed. Terapagos is a good teammate for Sticky Web builds that can remove entry hazards for the rest of the team, while Arceus-Ghost and Lunala can spinblock Terapagos on opposing Sticky Web teams.
