This format this year will be:
Players will be placed into pools of 4, where they will have to play all three of their opponents within the 3 week period. At least one game must be played by the end of week 2 or we will force your managers to substitute you out. Each team will face each other at least once but not more than twice.
This tour will not use a points based system, teams will be ranked based solely on the number of wins they have, with the top 8 teams progressing on to playoffs. If teams are tied for wins, one of two tiebreaks will be used.
Teams tied on wins but both are guaranteed playoffs regardless: Seeds will be randomly assigned based off of coinflips, or managers may choose to break the tie via randbats or other means.
Teams tied on wins but not all may make playoffs: Teams will play a 3 slot tiebreak, slot 1 will be SV Ubers, and each team will choose one other slot. The winner of the tiebreak progresses to playoffs. Seeding to determine "higher" and "lower" seeds for picking tiers will instead be chosen by the strength of schedule (SoS) of the teams involved, with the "lower" seed choosing first. Due to the asymmetric nature of these pairings, teams will not have strictly equal schedules; whichever team faced opponents that finished with the better overall record will take the higher seed in that case. Should SoS also be tied, the teams will be considered fully tied and the higher seed will be drawn at random.

Substitutions
Captains may make substitutions at their own discretion, but any players that have been subbed out may not be subbed back in for the remainder of this round. They may however play in future rounds. Substitutions are generally allowed in tiebreak but can be vetoed at host discretion if abused. Additionally, hosts can force single or double substitutions for scheduling incompatibility.
Standard Tournament Procedures
The general tournament rules and guidelines can be found here.
Please read them very carefully.
Deadlines
All battles are due by <t:1769400000:F>. There are no extensions for this phase, any unplayed games will be resolved in line with activity win rules, no act calls will be made until this deadline, do not asks the hosts to do so. The responsibility to make sure that games are played falls onto all managers, there's 3 weeks to get games done, there's no excuses.
If you've any questions, feel free to ask myself, Ticken, or Taka! Best of luck to everyone and may the best region come out on top~
