Ubers.

Okay, i apologize in advance for not knowing some technical aspects of this forum (like how add pics of the pokemon). Anyway, heres my Ubers team.

Arceus @ Silk scarf
Adamant
EVs: 252 Hp/252 Atk/4 Speed
-Swords Dance
-Earthquake
-Shadow claw
-Extreme speed

I pretty much just stole this set from the Gen V strategy dex, but i find that it still works decently. I used the variations on this set based on the assumption that i will be using extreme speed the majority of the time, with shadow claw and earthquake mainly for the case where i'm up against a ghost type. Extreme speed actually out damages shadow claw even if shadow claw is super effective.

Kyogre @ Choice Scarf
Timid
EVs: 4 hp/252 SpA/252 Speed
-Water spout
-Surf
-Ice beam
-Thunder

Originally i had Dialga in this spot. However, i feel that Kyogre is much more powerful, due to drizzle and the fact that water spout doesn't kill your special attack. Kyogre is able to OHKO most things it comes across with water spout. On top of this, with the choice scarf, it gets 459 speed, which is easily enough to outspeed almost everything (that isn't scarf). It is also very hard for my opponent to swap anything into it.

Gengar @ Gengarite
Timid
EVs: 4 hp/252 SpA/252 Speed
-Perish song
-Substitute
-Shadow ball
-Sludge bomb

I keep bouncing back and fourth between a mega gengar set and a darkrai set. The main reason for the last time i switched was that people were revenge sweeping me with a ditto that had copied my Arceus after it had boosted with swords dance 1 or 2 times. This set will allow me to just use substitute and perish song. Perish song also has the advantage of acting as a pseudo-roar, in that if things get really desperate with a setup sweeper who i can outspeed, i can just use perish song, forcing them to switch one way or another. The other two moves are coverage. Sludge bomb is more powerful STAB move than Shadow ball, and allows me to hit fairy types which may not be expecting it

Blissey @ Leftovers
Natural cure
Bold
EVs: 252 hp/252 Def/4 SpD
-Heal bell
-Wish
-Toxic
-Protect

I'm not sure wether to use Blissey or Chansey. Chansey eviolite has extreme defense, but then again, so does regular Blissey. Anyway, Blissey is really fun to use against Xerneas. Xerneas uses Geomancy on the turn you switch in, and the next turn you use toxic. The subsequent moonblast is unlikely to do over 50% damage, and then you can just pretty much wish/protect the whole time.

Forretress @ Red card
Sturdy
Relaxed
EVs: 252 hp/252 Def/4 SpD
IVs: 0 Speed
-Stealth Rock
-Spikes
-Gyro Ball
-Rapid spin

There are a lot of good spinner/set-upers. The main reason i chose this over skarmory is that rapid spin doesn't kill the stuff you setup, whereas defog does. Originally i had put leftovers on this guy, however the extra healing i was getting off of leftovers wasn't doing much, and the red card could be useful against setup sweepers.

Ditto @ Choice Scarf
Imposter
EVs: 252hp
-Transform

Ditto has to be one of the best revenge killers in the game. Aside from various annoyances, such as Arceus-ghost and Aegislash, it can check pretty much any sweeper in the game. It can be really fun sometimes to revenge sweep your opponents entire team with ditto. For example, one time i revenge sweeped my opponents entire team with a mega Garchomp who no longer had pathetic speed due to my dittos choice scarf.

You should do a Modest Kyogre rather than Timid. It already have Choice Scarf.
Also, Don't run a full 252 HP EVs unless you're using a Counter, Mirror Coat, Transform, Wish, Ditto, or a Fully Defensive Wall(ex. Blissey) like you did to Arceus' EVs spread. on the other hand, Sturdy Pokemon are the best Red Card user. You can do at least one Stealth Rock then Volt Switch out. ^^
the rest is okay, Moveset and Pokemon used.

Keep timid on Kyogre, since it'll allow you to outspeed adamant SD mblaze with +1 and kill it/force it out. Personally, I'm not a fan of red card, since it can cause your spikes/sr fodder to simply switch out into something that threaten your team significantly. You've countered set up sweepers with Ditto sufficiently IMO- no need to be so paranoid about them. In fact, these set up sweepers are not your problem.

Also, I'm not a fan of Ferrothorn as a spinner and SR/spikes setter, since you generally only can do 1 or other in a match.

There's few big threats that are problematic for your team:

Palkia
Threatens your whole team except for Blissey, which is easily removed by Gengar and any other moderately strong wallbreaker (See below).
Ho-Oh
You rely on Ferrothorn as a SR'er to prevent Ho-Oh from walking you over, and frankly, it's not reliable SR'er by any measure. CB Ho-Oh pretty much OHKO/2HKOS your whole team without breaking a sweat. It's also incredibly easy to taunt Ferrothorn and defog against your team.
Gengar-Mega
Blissey, your primary special sponge is easily trapped by Gengar, opening up a major hole in your team. Also, Arceus-Normal is easily revenge killed by normal/mega gengar, due to its low speed.
Ferrothorn
You have nothing for this lol. This thing just leech seed and spike fodder you until you throw your keyboard in frustration. Your only way to beat this is to PP stall it.
Zekrom
Specifically, Scarf Zekrom simply revenge kill whatever you have on field with impunity. You have nothing to absorb Outrages and Bolt Strikes (excluding ditto) from it.
Kangaskhan-Mega
Forrtress is easily overpowered and is unable to punish it. You're forced to use Kyogre to revenge kill it, and risk being sucker punched. Your Gengar lacks ammunition to combat it too.
Kyogre
Kyogre and Blissey aren't Kyogre checks, sorry.

To be frank, there's a bunch of other issues, and I simply cannot recommend simple fixes without warping your team beyond recognition.
