What exactly does this attack do? if a shuckle has 600 defense and only 30 attack, if it uses this attack will it have an attack of 600 and a defense of 30? I doubt that's how the move works but if it does then that is amazing and it is time to take out my chuckle again and teach it some actual physical attacks, not just some stalling crap.

Yes it switches the actual stats around.

BUT you need to be careful Power Tricking. For one, 614 Attack isn't all that much, and second, you're slow and have a base 30 defense sauced with a spicy base 20 HP.
