Project Ultra SM Break This Team - WK 48 SKEs tail glow manaphy Rain (Voting)

Tapu Lele @ Fightinium Z
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psychic
- Moonblast
- Taunt
- Focus Blast

Alakazam @ Alakazite
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Recover

Both Tapu Lele and Mega Alakazam pressure the defensive core of this team through hell and back, and they can inflict major damage to the rest of the Pokemon. Both Pokemon are pressured by Greninja and Landorus-T, but switching them in on either is rather risky.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 112 SpD / 152 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang / Facade
- Roost

SD Gliscor is pretty dangerous for this team and pretty much any balanced squad. It's able to set-up on pretty much every memeber of this team (bar Lando and Gren), only being stopped by Ash-Greninja who is choiced, meaning it's really easy to get back momentum against it if you have a resist on your team. Ice Fang Gliscor is particularly dangerous for this team since it's easier for it to beat Landorus-T and it only needs EQ to hit the rest of the team. After some boosts it's able to beat every member of this team.

Zygarde @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Aura Break
EVs: 240 Atk / 88 SpD / 180 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Thousand Arrows
- Iron Tail
- Extreme Speed
- Dragon Dance
If Ferrothorn gets chipped, good luck defeating WP Zygarde. The main checks to it on this team are Scarf Lando and Clefable, and both lose to this set. You can set up on Toxapex, Heatran, and even Greninja in a pinch.

Banned deucer.

Pinsir-Mega @ Pinsirite
Ability: Aerilate
Happiness: 0
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Frustration
- Close Combat
- Quick Attack

Standard M-Pinsir just blows through this team and can set up on a good amount of the team. Mainly ferro, clef, scarf landot, and ash-gren locked into spikes give this pokemon a SD and from there it's very hard to stop as everything drops to frustration + coverage move for the heatran. You could even go with adamant nature over jolly nature or EQ over close combat or BOTH. This is just a very scary pokemon for the team to handle.

Hoopa-Unbound @ Fightinium Z
Ability: Magician
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Dark Pulse
- Psychic
- Focus Blast

Hoop-U 2HKOs/OHKOs literally the whole team. Lando and Greninja offensively check it, but it takes a life every time it comes in.

Heatran @ Grassium Z
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 80 HP / 176 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Taunt
- Magma Storm
- Earth Power
- Solar Beam

Heatran is a massive threat to the team and its basically a 6-0 especially if its grassz. The first time the team is really hard pressured to go to either Greninja or Landorus-T as they cant afford to sack their ferro/clef as hazards are vital unless they want to go into their own heatran. It comes in on Ferro/Clef really easily and can nearly ohko or ohko every single mon on the team. its more common than many other threats, Hoopa for example and comes in on far more and is more reliable of a switchin.

Reflect Type Mega Lati + Z-Dig Greninja

mega_latios_sprite.png
greninja.png

Greninja @ Groundium Z
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Dig
- Toxic Spikes
- Ice Beam
- Gunk Shot

Latias-Mega @ Latiasite
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Recover
- Reflect Type
- Stored Power

Greninja sets Toxic Spikes and lures Toxapex, then Latias sets up on not Ash-Greninja and crushes the rest of the team.

0 SpA Clefable Moonblast vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Charizard-Mega-X: 112-133 (37.7 - 44.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

The first serie of calc purpose is to show that the only mon of the team taking this thing after a dragon dance is landorus, which never heals itself
The purpose of the second one is to show that half of the team allows it to roost/dragon dance

Time for nominations is over. Now its time to vote. Lots of nominations make me very happy for I love seeing powerful teams get ripped to shred before my eyes. Anyway Sorry for being late by a day setting this up. Between a 9 hour sudden workshift, a 2 hour nihongo lesson after and anger at finding out vol 7 of my favourite light novel series has been delayed for a 6th time! I simply ran out of time but thats adult life for you D:.

Nominations:
Mamoswine
Overconfident greninja
Lele + Alakazem Psy spam
Gliscor
Weakness policy Zygarde
Mega Pinser

Hoopa Unbound
Grassium Heatran
RT Mega Latias + Needs a partner Greninja
Charizard X

Voting will end in 2 or 3 Days depending on participation. You may vote for up to 2 nominations other then your own. Good luck to all entrants and may the best pokemon shred the team

Edit: A line or 2 of explanation is appreciated but not mandatory

Mamoswine

Curiosity basically said that mamo wasn’t taken in account in his build and you can’t but understand when you see the job that thing is doing against this team

Felixx

I'm back.
WP Zygarde bc that set is broken lol. Set-ups on a lot and sweeps right through with a little hazard support, just weaken Ferro, it's also bulky so it can take those Shurikens from Ash-Gren.

E: Also voting SD Glis bc that mon is super annoying for fat teams and curi Balance is no exception. Just watch out for dat Z-Magma Tran and u Gucci.

M-Pinser

This thing instantly wins if it gets up sd, which isn’t hard when the Lando can’t touch it. Eq with zone support would work better, but cc still wrecks this team

Mega-Pinsir, because this team doesn't have a solid answer for this, and has only Greninja to revenge kill, but Greninja has 93% chance of being OHKOed by Quick Attack after rocks

Voting will conclude tonight Tommorow morning. So please vote if you haven't already

Im voting for Mamoswine since it cracks the team in 2 especially if Fable dies to quickly. Virtually no swtich ins and can only be revenged by greninja

In addition my 2nd vote goes to mega pinser since after a SD its virtually game overs

Edit: Extending voting till tomorrow morning due to IRL stuff

Explanation:
This was actually conceived well over 2 months ago, probably closer to 3; Gliscor was just started to get hyped up so I tried to build something with it(you'll see the original form). I built something quite close to this version but still very different and certainly worse. I went with it to one of my best buddies , imsoforumbannedsorrylol, and he came up with the biggest change for the team and probably the biggest reason of its success. Since then we've tweaked it an absolute fuckload amount of times and will continue to do so until something drastic happens in the tier - this is a very versatile team and can adapt to almost any meta shift.

Gliscor is what the team is built around. Breaks many common balance and stall cores, Can switch into much of the meta and it Quite simply reliable. Earthquake and Roost are standard SD because power while facade grants excellent neutral coverage. Wish Rocks clef acts as the glue, checks most zygarde sets and lets the player win hazard wars. Calm mind is viable here but wish is prefered. Papaya Toxipex Beats greninja that would otherwise rip the team a new one as well as give a secondary check to the likes Calm mind lele who are very popular right now. Stabbless Mega Latias acts as further glue and a mass lure for many would-be checks to the team. Ferrothorn is the koko switch in and is the best spiker in the tier. Rounding out the team is Scarf Tyraniter which while unusal Lets you speed past earthquake Lati@s, Gives a fly check, beats heatran and opposing tyraniter and just has a nice elemant of surprise.

Original Post

Thats the team. I wish you all good-luck this week breaking the team. Happy nominations

Mawile @ Mawilite
Ability: Hyper Cutter
EVs: 92 HP / 252 Atk / 164 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Iron Head
- Ice Punch
- Thunder Punch
- Fire Fang

Mega Mawile can easily dent this team if it manages to get in on Clefable, considering Clefable is such an important backbone of the team they will be very hesitant to sack it, which means that, with approperiate prediction, Mega Mawile can basically always get a kill or at the very least heavily weaken the team. The team has to make super aggressive plays to pressure Mega Mawile whenever it comes in.

Clefable is the only answer this team has to Medicham and it doesn't take two Adamant Zens.

Scarf TTar does 40 with earthquake, Ferro is forced out by the threat of secret sword, lati and pex are setup fodders and gliscor is lol.
+1 252 SpA Keldeo Hydro Vortex (175 BP) vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Clefable: 463-546 (117.5 - 138.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Leftovers recovery

Alakazam can use both Mega Latias and Toxapex as setup fodder. If Ferrothorn isn’t word down to range of +1 Focus Blast, GG. If you have a Magnezone, then it’s just GG in the spot lol.

i dont think you should make it on an rmt because you can literally read the rmt and find the threatlist section
Not really a problem. Most teams unless i make them up on the spot have a RMT somewhere and even if they dont you can ask people on showdown for help or test on your own for obvious choices. While I would prefer people to make original nominations at the end of day people are allowed to use any resources available to them.

Cm Zam Breaks Through this team due to its high special attack and calm mind helping further boost its offensive capabilities being able to 2hko/ohko most of the team with keldeo helping to check zams weaknesses being ferrothorn and tyranitar and in general keldeo hits really hard with specs being its item.
