  • Follow all rules listed here.
  • Schedule via Smogon VMs. It's easier for me to make decisions for activity calls when I can actually see what went down with scheduling.
  • If you are unable to schedule with your opponent, please let your managers know ASAP so they can communicate that to me or the other team's managers for a potential substitute.
  • Substitutions may be made after a week has started. When making a substitution, please tag myself, the managers of the opposing team, and all of the players affected by the substitute to ensure that everyone is made aware. Players who have already played in the week or were subbed out in the same week cannot be subbed back in.
  • If a match remains incomplete by the time of the deadline, it will be subject to an activity call.
  • Replays are mandatory. Not only are they useful for confirming wins, they contribute to usage stats and allow the people who couldn't watch the games live to watch them later.
  • Managers: Please send me your lineups in the same format that I used to post pairings. It makes it much easier to post future rounds more quickly.

I would like you to prove me wrong however, Bern. Miyoko and Alyssa I don't know much about, but I don't see Alyssa playing much SV so I'm bolding against them

SV 1v1: LongRat vs Lumii this is not a cheer or a shout to a friend, this is a full blown prediction. LongRat has been dominating 1v1 Lives as of recent and I believe in the longrat hype, meanwhile lumi seems to be as devastated as usual with work and 1 million workhorsings around the site.

SV NFE: Mirbro vs ojr - Ojr is def one of the best players in the pool in my opinion, and Mirbro barely played NFEPL so Mirbro might need a little time to come back strong from the break, i don't feel like it's gonna be very close, despite TTK & Maybca's support i don't think Venusaurs are gonna be able to outprep Ojr. Only way for Ojr to lose this in my opinion is to get lucked or to overcook so much that the team he's bringing ends up being terrible. 10-90

SV NFE: Dragonillis vs King Leo V - I think it'd be the closest NFE match of the week, i'd say they both have around the same skill in-game and are equally creative when it comes to building, i'm giving the edge to Dragonillis because i feel like he'll be more motivated than KLV, not that KLV won't be motivated, but Drago is generally extremely active and tends to get a lot of test games + Drago has support, while KLV is on his own 55-45

So during NFEPL i was so bad at predicting (i ended with a magnificent 14-24 prediction score) that i challenged myself against a coin to see if i was going to be more accurate than the coin, and this happened

So all season long i'll flip a coin to make predictions and we'll see who's gonna be the most accurate (due to being so many pairings, i'm not gonna screenshot the results of the coin every time, but basically i'm just typing "flip a coin" on google and i flip a coin for each pairing)

SV AG: RoFnA vs Primal Kyogre - rofna had a very good agpl but idt he really had elite competition, pogre is def better than any opp he had there so this will be a good test for him, do gotta go with pogre for now tho
SV AG: Geysers vs byulharang - the holy ghost of ubers back in the cut for another round of umpl, he had geysers are both good players but I think hg has better support with pogre around
SV 1v1: crow crumbs vs SwordIsBored - bird is an ss main but I think (?) he has some sv results as well, he is generally a better clicker than nathan but it's 1v1 so would not be too surprised at this going either way (this is going to be my take for most 1v1 matches)
SV 1v1: Nuxl vs Palestine - another year of steen being dirt cheap just by nature of being steen, def the stronger clicker but nuxl is capable of the occasional upset (at least within the confines of dpp 1v1)
SV ZU: asa vs Toto - asa had a good zupl but toto has been a strong force in zu for a much longer time, gotta go with the oldhead
SV ZU: gulch vs avarice - ava is a pure clicker but with toto support he should def be fine here
SV Ubers UU: Rasche vs Shadow079 - ik shadow won ssnl but he's still an unknown quantity outside of that, rasche has been around for a while and is a solid player
SV Ubers UU: Medeia vs Career Ended - I believe career when he said he has low motivation but low motivation career is still a great player
SV 2v2: Kaif vs Chris32156 - could go either way but kaif is the better builder imo
SV NFE: Stareal vs PandaDoux - hard to ever bet against stareal, only hurdle could potentially be the lack of support but I think he should be fine

Despite having these teams on opposite sides of my PR I do think this series will be close, I think that's just a testament to everyone drafting pretty well this year.

SV AG: RL vs BloodAce - def the more credentialed ag player
SV 1v1: Longrat vs Lumii - I have no idea what a longrat is
SV 1v1: Akeras vs happysh - has had better results I think
SV ZU: Seraphz vs DripLegend - both have had their ups and downs but I think seraphz has had more success recently
SV ZU: Feen vs Estragos - kinda the same reasoning as above
SV Ubers UU: BigFatMantis vs Suzuya - this could go either way imo, I think suzuya is generally a bit stronger but def still a tossup
SV Ubers UU: Dorron vs JustCallMeFish - I am unfamiliar with fish's game, teaming with dorron for ghosting tour has made me very high on him in this tier
SV 2v2: Chris Chien Pao vs Blanched - on paper blanched should never lose this, in reality blanched may just find a way to lose this
SV NFE: 5dots vs sleid - much more familiar with sleid in zu, curious to see how he does here but gotta go with the actual nfe guy

Despite being on the bottom of my PR idt marshadows are bad at all, no team is really a flop this year which is fun, should def be a good series.

Venusaur's Vines (5) vs (5) Star Plasma Vessels
SV AG: The Strap vs Glory - strap has much better support here and has historically been very strong in ag
SV AG: LBN vs 0.5Mirror - just more familiar with LBN but ik mirror does actually play the tier well so perhaps a tossup
SV 1v1: Marshme1to vs RADU - stronger player but if marsh has delemon support again this year it may swing this in his favor
SV 1v1: RTM vs lolebruh - my goat mimir does not drop 1v1 games (except for when he loses)
SV ZU: BaitWiz vs OranBerryBlissey10 - more familiar with OBB as a player, ik bait does play the tier but OBB is much more credentialed
SV ZU: TomatoZause vs Stories - zause prolly has more tier knowledge but stories is a nutty player
SV Ubers UU: entrocefalo vs One Last Kiss - entro is fire at any tier where he gets to use big boy mons
SV Ubers UU: Frito vs xdRudi.exe - much more experienced and credentialed with the tier I believe
SV 2v2: yuki vs lancert - I have not seen lancert play 2v2 in over a year while yuki will tryhard af
SV NFE: Mirbro vs ojr - didnt mirbro say he was just subbing, this was either an elaborate pricefix or his managers just dont give a fuck lol

Both very strong teams imo so this should be a fun one, not many other thoughts here other than I'm looking forward to a lotta these games.

SV 1v1: Nuxl vs Palestine - closer if pale loads decent teams, don't know the state of rachis building atp if deg is occupied
SV 2v2: Kaif vs Chris32156 - tossup since both are bringing new teams in an otherwise less explored meta, bolded kaif for winning last year

SV 1v1: Longrat vs Lumii - hard to bold against marshadows sv as long as the broth doesn't get overdosed with like cb raging bolt or something good luck; don't think it's one sided cause longrat is pretty competent at sv (live tour farmer) but yeah
SV 1v1: Akeras vs happysh - mixed feelings, think yeah klang prep here needs to be pretty good for me to bold the other way
SV 2v2: Chris Chien Pao vs Blanched - more invested + mainer superpowers

SV 1v1: Marshme1to vs RADU - pl winner + not lazy
SV 1v1: RTM vs lolebruh - gentleman to ss or something it'd be def more entertaining; huge fan of both players in team tours, also unfortunate dodge now we have to wait for this bait resolution for who knows how long

SV 1v1: bern vs neomon - think both players did broadly well in pl but giving neo slight edge here, looking forward to game regardless since newer meta
SV 1v1: AlyssaVGC vs Miyoko - better player
SV 2v2: Kry vs King Griffin - huge kry fan + dont know if king griffin has played 2v2 this gen, mainer superpowers
