Unable to launch application!

Obsessed

I keep getting an error message (the one in the title), and I'm not sure how to fix it.

Edit: I clicked the details tab and got:

I tried uninstalling shoddy, but there seems to be some problem. I press Uninstall Program, and then get the confirmation message. I click ok, and then nothing happens. The program just won't uninstall.

I've tried re-downloading shoddy, but I still get the error message.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
