Undead Blaze - An Hazard Based Offense Team

This is more of a plea for help than an RMT.
I've been really struggling with this Gen's OU Environment. I have been able to ladder well in Ubers, reaching 80 with one of my teams on the PBC server, but none of my OU teams have had any success.

Can you guys critique this team, and if it is OK, tell me why i may have been doing so badly with it?

Forretress (M) @ Custap Berry
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
IVs: 0 Speed
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Toxic Spikes
- Spikes
- Stealth Rock
- Gyro Ball

The usual Forretress set, running with Custap Berry so he can get a final hazard in if Sturdy is activated. He has the 0 HP IVs and 252 Atk EVs to maximize the damage output of Gyro Ball for when Espeons are encountered.

Ferrothorn (M) @ Rocky Helmet
Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def
IVs: 0 Speed
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Leech Seed
- Gyro Ball
- Protect
- Toxic

My main wall, and one of the Pokemon that my synergy in this team is based around. He intends to pick up from damage Pokemon after Forretress, and block out some common threats. I have been thinking of replacing Toxic with something else, as i often get TSpikes up. Any suggestions?

Ferro is also used to draw fire attacks, for my next Pokemon.

Heatran (M) @ Air Balloon
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Earth Power
- Fire Blast
- Flamethrower
- Flash Cannon

Heatran covers the main synergy side of the team. He switches in to fire attacks drawn from a Ferro to activate Flash Fire for the free boost. I am currently running him with Air Balloon for safety, but am thinking of swapping it out for Choice Scarf to aid in his sweeping.

Gengar (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Shadow Ball
- Thunderbolt
- Psychic
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Gengar is the second half of my teams synergy. Ferro and Heatran, my main combination, have a common weakness of fighting. Gengar is here to capitalize on that, and switch in to fighting type move to sweep. That is also the reason he runs Psychic rather than Focus Blast. He is Scarfed to fit in with this teams basis, pick up the pieces after entry hazards. I need him to get in first and do enough damage to finish them off.

Cloyster (F) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Skill Link
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Icicle Spear
- Razor Shell
- Rock Blast
- Spike Cannon

Cloyster also follows the same secondary role as Gengar, running the Scarf to finish off entry damaged pokemon. He is also used as a Sub-breaker. Before Cloyster i had a bit of a problem with Whimsicotts. Solved, for certain. Common subbers like Garchomp and Whimsicott take super effective damage from Icicle Spear, and Sub Gengar is too frail to take it also. Other moves just for general coverage.

Haxorus (F) @ Life Orb
Trait: Rivalry
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Brick Break

Aaaand Haxorus. Probably would be the most easy to replace member, but he has had a few sweeps for me. If he gets 2 DDs in, he is an unstoppable monster with over 840 Atk and around 650 Speed, but doing that is difficult.

AC: My main threat is probably MixNape, as if Gengar is down he can romp through the rest of my team.

So, constructive criticism please, and help me raise my game.

This team is okay, but has some changes that can make it better.
It is almost never recommend that you run a Forretress with all three entry hazards because to set them all up fully takes 6 turns, which almost no pokemon is going to survive. Try giving Spikes to Ferrothorn, and instead replace Spikes with Rapid Spin so Heatrans Balloon doesn't break and Closter isn't taking 25% of his health each switch in. There is also the problem of the EV's and Nature. First off, you absolutly want 31 HP IV's, to max out Gyro Ball Speed is what counts. Run 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SDef spread with a Bold Nature.
For Ferrothorn I would replace Toxic with Spikes and Gyro Ball with Power Whip because you already have one gyro ball user. I would also recommend a 252 HP, 4 Def, 252 SDef spread because you have Forretress as a wall. Run leftovers over Rocky Helmet too.
For Heatran, there is no need to run both Flamethrower and Fire Blast on the same set, so switch one out to Dragon Pulse. The other change I would make is to swithc out Flash Cannon which has garbage coverage and replace it with HP Grass. Also, make sure to keep the Air Ballon as the item.
You really need something that can hit hard, so for Gengar, try runing a Choice Specs set.
Gengar @ Choice Specs
Ability- Levitate
Nature- Modest
Ev's- 4 Hp, 252 SAtk, 252 Spd
1. Shadow Ball
2. Focus Blast
3. Thunderbolt
4. HP Ice
This set is designed to hit something hard and to never look back. Shadow Ball and Focus Blast provide perfect coverage together and Thunderbolt and HP Ice have almost perfect coverage, so you are going to hit a lot of the metagame for super effective damage.
For Cloyster, I really would not run a Choice Scarf set. Its attack stats are not high enough for such a set to be viable, so try the shell smash set.
Cloyster @ Focus Sash
Ability- Skill Link
Nature- Naughty
EV's- 252 Atk, 4 SAtk, 252 Spd
1. Shell Smash
2. Icicle Spear
3. Rock Blast
4. Hydro Pump
The standard Shell Smash set. Not a lot is outspeeding it after Shell Smash so you only have to fear priority users once you are hit. Icicle Spear and Rock Blast are for coverage and also for Skill Link abuse and Hydro Pump is there for power.
I have never been a fan of Haxorus, but I would say that is may be best to run a Scarf Haxorus, because the speed is pretty good and the power is already there.
Haxorus @ Choice Scarf
Ability- Mold Breaker
Nature- Jolly
Ev's- 4 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spd
1. Outrage
2. Earthquake
3. Stone Edge
4. X-Scissor
I have never tried this set, but it seems like it could work. Outrage for Stab, the classic Quake-Edge combo to hit alot of pokemon super effectivly, and X-Scissor to deal with the Psychics and Darks. Brick Break is fine in the last slot, but I think X-Scissor provides better coverage.
Good Luck
