Kind of hard to classify what underground is so use your judgement and don't flame someone just because they thought Kanye was underground.
Two artists I have are Denzel Curry:
Decent trap/gang rapper who has good flow, beats and okay lyrics on some songs. Used to be a part of RVDIXR KLVN so not totally unknown.
Chester Watson:
Really young guy with an OF type flow, which may turn people away; but, he has some great double-entendres and beats. Biggest gripe is that all of his songs are so short.
Very interested in seeing some other artists. Keep in mind that this is underrated too so if you feel that an artist deserves more love but is known feel free to share.
