Unfinished team: STALLLL

Hi guys!
Name's BlockDerx. I'm new in competitive, so my teams are
mostly trash.But recently, I started building a team around Chansey
and Kommo-o, thar seemed to have some hope. It's not ready yet, so please
give some ideas of what I should add. Thanks!
