This team's main strategy is to use trapping and Memento to set up a Belly Drum Linoone sweep. Excuse the lame title: it was used because this team has two Pokemon seen with Memento, but only one uses it. Hope you enjoy.
Uxie @ Light Clay
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 180 SpD / 76 Spe
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
~ Reflect
~ Light Screen
~ Stealth Rock
~ Thunderbolt
The lead. Thunderbolt may seem odd, but the last thing I want to happen is for Crobat to have its way with Taunt or for Moltres to set up with impunity. Uxie's primary goal at the start is to set up Stealth Rock and to draw out Steel-types (read: Steelix) after seeing Thunderbolt so I can transition to Magneton. Later in the match, when the opponent's Steel-type has been eliminated, Uxie sets up screens and switches out to Umbreon.
Magneton @ Leftovers
Ability: Magnet Pull
EVs: 108 HP / 252 SpA / 148 Spe
Modest nature (+SpA, -Atk)
~ Thunderbolt
~ Hidden Power Fire
~ Substitute
~ Magnet Rise
Pretty self-explanatory, but quintessential on a team whose central strategy relies on the elimination of the opponent's Steel-type(s). Magneton works alongside Uxie, preferably early in the game, to do just that. Earthquake is Magneton's demise, but paired with Uxie, Magneton has less reason to fear it.
Umbreon @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 92 SpD / 164 Spe
Careful nature (+SpD, -SpA)
~ Mean Look
~ Baton Pass
~ Wish
~ Taunt
The transition Pokemon from Uxie's dual screens. It traps whatever comes in, most likely a Fighting-type, and passes the baton to Weezing. Wish is always useful to have if the sweep doesn't go off successfully, and Taunt is to prevent p-hazing. I've been thinking of a much more Defense-oriented EV spread, but I don't know of one.
Weezing @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
~ Hidden Power Ground
~ Will-O-Wisp
~ Pain Split
~ Memento
Weezing counters the Fighting-type switch-ins to Umbreon with absolute impunity assuming Uxie's screens are up, and further cripples the opponent's Attack with Will-O-Wisp. Hidden Power Ground is used over Weezing's myriad other options for a special attack to weaken stuff like Steelix and Blaziken. Memento is used after the opponent has been burned by Will-O-Wisp and/or weakened by Hidden Power Ground, and if I am sure Linoone is ready to enter the fray.
Linoone @ Salac Berry
Ability: Gluttony
EVs: 116 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 136 Spe
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SpA)
~ Belly Drum
~ ExtremeSpeed
~ Seed Bomb
~ Shadow Claw
The centerpiece of the team, optimally coming into the battle against a burned, -2 Atk, -2 SpA (via Memento) foe, and with dual screens up, Linoone has much reason to be feared. The foe against which Linoone enters the battle will be severely crippled, allowing Linoone to pull off a Belly Drum rather easily. +6 Atk Gluttony Linoone is going to wreak havoc on anything, even foiling priority attackers with ExtremeSpeed.
Drapion @ Leftovers
Ability: Battle Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 12 Atk / 244 SpD
Careful nature (+SpD, -SpA)
~ Rest
~ Sleep Talk
~ Crunch
~ Earthquake
Drapion is a grounded Poison-type, which is more or less needed on such a team. Aside from that, it takes status, and it handles Mismagius.
