ORAS OU Unpredictable Team

My second RMT

When I was making this team I wanted to recreate a whole new strategy, but it's too hard to create something new with pokemons commonly used in OU metagame, then I am going to use only a different moveset.

All the Ev's was chosen by Showdown Suggested Spread

The team:
jirachi.gif

Jirachi @ Leftovers / Choice Specs
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 224 HP / 252 SpA / 32 Spe
Modest Nature
- Doom Desire / Future Sight
- Energy Ball
- Wish / Dazzling Gleam / Psychic/shock
- Calm Mind / HP Fire / Ancient Power

Jirachi has a decent bulky and power, with that I can resist most of non critical Stab Earthquake from OU. I have choosed a special set for Jirachi because it is very common.
Doom Desire will hit anything with stab Steel(better than Iron Head).
Energy Ball can cover you for some Ground and/or Water types.
Wish can be used after Doom Desire to heal you while you do some damage to your foe.
Calm Mind can be used to boost the damage of Doom Desire.

If you use Choice Specs you should replace Support Moves to Offensive Moves. I think you can use Ancient Power too.

lopunny.gif

Lopunny (M) @ Chople Berry / Leftovers
Ability: Cute Charm
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Cosmic Power
- Baton Pass
- Encore / Copycat
- Substitute

Lopunny was once a PU pokemon(actually I can't remember very well) but I am using it on OU and it's working very well(Because everyone expects Mega Lopunny). I am using Chople Berry because your only weakness doesnt threat you too much.
My aim with Lopunny is to set Substitute on foes with Status Moves and Cosmic Power after substitute and Baton Pass it to any pokemon.
Encore will aid you to setup on foes.

Copycat is to mirror your foe movements like (Stealth Rock from Ferrothorn,or Toxic).

heatran.gif

Heatran (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 44 Def / 4 SpA / 208 SpD
Calm Nature
- Iron Defense
- Lava Plume / Magma Storm
- Flash Cannon
- Protect

With Heatran i can't think something new.
Iron Defense will make you physicaly indestructible.
Lava Plume for stab.
Flash Cannon for stab.
Protect for HJK and recovery.

Magma Storm can trap weakened foes without recovery moves.

gyarados.gif
gyarados-mega.gif

Gyarados (M) @ Gyaradosite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Aqua Tail
- Earthquake
- Thrash / Crunch / Bounce

I choosed Gyarados with a almost common set because without Dragon Dance it's slow and weak.
But Thrash can hit with a huge power foes wich resists both Aqua Tail and Earthquake.

chesnaught.gif

Chesnaught @ Salac Berry
Ability: Bulletproof
EVs: 12 HP / 244 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Belly Drum
- Substitute
- Drain Punch
- Seed Bomb / Rock Slide

Chesnaught doesn't count because it's the Sanic and Knuckles set from SmogonDex

ampharos.gif

Ampharos @ Leftovers
Ability: Static
- Volt Switch
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Heal Bell

I like Ampharos with a Specs Set but this time I tried a Dual Screen Cleric set, the lack of HP Ice makes me suscetible to Gliscor and Landorus-T

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 224 HP / 252 SpA / 32 Spe
Modest Nature
- Calm Mind
- Doom Desire
- Energy Ball
- Wish

Lopunny (M) @ Chople Berry
Ability: Cute Charm
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Cosmic Power
- Baton Pass
- Encore
- Substitute

Heatran (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 44 Def / 4 SpA / 208 SpD
Calm Nature
- Protect
- Iron Defense
- Lava Plume
- Flash Cannon

Gyarados (M) @ Gyaradosite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Aqua Tail
- Earthquake
- Thrash

Chesnaught @ Salac Berry
Ability: Bulletproof
EVs: 12 HP / 244 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Belly Drum
- Substitute
- Drain Punch
- Seed Bomb

Ampharos @ Leftovers
Ability: Static
- Volt Switch
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Heal Bell

Sorry for my poor English knowledge

ur team is rly good as is and i laddered a LOT with it. only suggestion id make is to get rid of rock slide as a slash on naught since its kinda useless and probably give jirachi 232 hp so u still outspeed sharp thats adamant and have a bit more bulk! rly cool and effective team otherwise!!! XD thx a lot for posting my friend :D c:

This is definitily not the greatest team I have seen and it needs quite a bit of work here. So without further adue lets jump right into this!

Jirachi - It's a nice start to the team, but your set doesn't really fit in that well. If you want to be "unpredictable" I recommend a scarfed set, as it can allow you to pivot, disable some defensive mons and get some flintches off in the mean time.

Lopunny - I personally don't wee you going anywhere with the set you are running. I think you should run chansey instead, because baton pass cosmic power isn't very viable in the first place and you seem to be looking for a bulky mon.

Heatran - I like the idea of protect + burn but iron defense isn't going to work AT ALL. Flash cannon isn't very useful for the set as many things resist both STAB attacks so I think you should just run 1 attack. Instead of your current set, you should run the defensive heatran, as it can be "unpredictable" as your team seems to appreciate.

Gyardos - This is a decent set, but from personal expierience I like max HP over max speed. That is just me and you can change it if you wan't but it's what I like. But for the moves, your going to wan't to replace aqua tail with water fall and thrash with crunch. These stab moves both have great base power and 100% accurecy. Thrash locks you in, making your team VERY predictable, instead of the original intentions, and crunch provides better all round coverage.

Chestnaut - You have to put an anylasis somewhere on that thing, buddy. Why did you choose it for your team? You don't wan't your thread locked do you? But as for the set, I don't think it fits very well. You could however use swords dance baton pass celabi, because it's a viable replacement for both lopunny and chestnaught! Belly drum just doesn't work any more, which is very dissapointing.

Amphros - There are no EV's on that spread. If you prefer specs, then why not run an offensive electric type over amphros? Raikou is much better as it gets great covorage and can be used as a lure. It's unpredictable to, as there are so many sets. I think you should run AV (assault vest), because it works best for your team dynamic.

Thats about it. Here is what the finished team should look like: http://pastebin.com/J9eRwUAN
This team should work quite nicely in the current metagame.
